The Summer I Turned Pretty
"Just be considerate and act like i raised you right" Laurel told Steven.
"That also means dont stay out too late, Steven"
"Mom, i'm too old for a curfew" Steven whined.
Y/n look at Laurel with her brows narrowed, "What about me and Belly? We don't have a curfew either, right?" She asked.
After hearing Y/n, Steven laughed.
"What do you guys need a curfew for? It's not like you guys go anywhere" Steven said, laughing at the Twins.
Y/n and Belly narrowed their eyes at Steven in irritation, "You're such an ass, Steven"
"Don't be a jackass, Steven" Laurel their mom scolded, shaking her head at Steven.
"What?" Steven questioned, still laughing.
"Y/n, Belly. We'll talk about it when things comes up" Laurel said to Belly and Y/n. Y/n shooked her head at their Mom as she laid her head back into the head rest.
"Oh and also don't forget you promised to take me driving" Belly told Steven.
Laurel looked at Belly in confusion, "Belly, i told you i'd take you"
Y/n then look at their Mother, "Well. Mom, you're kinda umm... judgy"
Laurel turned to look at her daughter, "Excuse me?"
Steven and Belly then broke down into laughter as Y/n tried to depend herself to her Mom. "I'm sorry, Mom but your just a little judgy with me!" Y/n told their Mom, laughing at her reaction.
Soon they had a stop at a gas station to get some food and drinks.
Y/n went and grab her favorite chip and drink before noticing Belly already stuffing some of the cheetos she got in her face.
"Hey! Give some of that, Belly" Y/n said walking to her sister snatching the bag of chip in her sisters hand.
"Hey! Don't eat much" Belly whined at her sister.
Y/n laugh at her sister upon seeing her reaction. Soon the Twin burst into laughter before Y/n catch a glaze at the guy on the counter staring at them.
Y/n narrowed her eyebrows at the boy, who then smiled flirtatious at her.
"Hey," The guy greeted, smiling at the Twins. The Twins then exchanged glances at each other.
"Hey" Belly quickly greeted, nodding.
Boys at school never looked at me.
Not even a glance.
Taylor was the one they looked at.
