|. Chapter 1 .|

.×2nd Person POV×.

It was a peaceful afternoon,(Y/N) and her Family were in comfy home eating dinner and so where other family's

"Ray,can you not slobber like a pig while eating the Noddles?" Your older brother said to the so said name,Ray would just glare at him and continue to eat her food,Which ofcourse your brother got a bit angry and glared back at her while you Just chuckled at your sibling

Being the middle child wasn't that hard either that easy,you allways helped your mother and father around the house and so did your younger sister,While your brother? He would go in the village to find ingredients for the food!

Altho you allways insisted on helping your parents,they at first wouldn't let you 'Because they don't want you to ruin your beauty' but they would eventually give up and let you help them

Your Sister Ray would always ask you and your brother to play whit her(witch ofcourse you both accept),it was a lot of fun to be honest, seeing your little sister allways get your older brother angry in the middle of your games is funny

You loved your Parents and siblings and wished that they could be allways happy..

But then something horrible happened..

I was in my bedroom, looking outside of my widow when suddenly my little sister came and started tugging onto my sleeves

"Hey Onee-San! Can we play a game?" Ray would say,her grayish-Blueish orbs looking directly into my (f/c) orbs

"Sure,what is the game?" I'd say as I crouched to her height "Let's play guess the word!"She'd Beam lifting up her tiny fist in the air "Sound fun to me!" I'd chuckle softly patting her head

Soon enough we started playing for one hour until we heard a crash in the house,Ray got scared and went to hide behind me

"Ray..stay here ok?" I said as I got up from the bed and started slowly walking towards the door of my room,But Ray din't listen and grabbed my Haori and started walking behind me

I slowly went down the stairs and bedded towards the living room..and what I saw made me freeze in place..

There was a demon eating my parents and my brother

Ray then peeked through behind the wall and her eyes widened and let out a gasp

The demon then turned towards us and glared at us whit it's sharp yellow eyes,its mouth covers in blood from devouring our parents and brother's flesh

I then grabbed my little sister and started running towards the door that let outside of the house,I burst through the door and started running as fast as my legs could

Ray started Sobbing as she hugged my neck,she was terrified of the scene that happened before her (How dare they ruin our Precious little bean's childhood D:< )

I the heard the demons footsteps behind us starting to come closer,I had to do something or me and my sister would become the demon's dinner

The Demon's growls then suddenly became louder as it tried to grab my Haori but I turned to the left making the demon hit a tree and started running towards the forest

"(Y-Y/N)..I'm scared..are w-we gonna die?.." Ray said between her sobs "N-no..I won't let that happen t-to us..not on my watch!.." I Said as I ran into the forest

My legs started to hurt from all the running but I didn't let that bother me as a ran past the trees.I stopped at a big Oak tree and sat Ray down as I started painting from all the running

"O-Onee-san?..why did we stopped?.."Ray struttered on her words, confused on why we stopped in the middle of the woods "I think we might of lost the demon.." I Said as a sat beside her

"But now what?..Our Parents and brother died and we are the middle of the woods whit no food!.." Ray said worried,her eyes looking at mine

"Our Father Has a friend that lives near here so I guess we can ask them for help.."I said as I looked around the forest "Then what are we waiting for?! Let's go before the demon finds us!" Ray Stood up and grabbed my shoulder and tried to get me up

"Ok Ok!" I chuckled a bit before standing up,I'd grab Ray and started running again trying to find the house of My father's friend

.×Time Skip!×.

I soon found the cabin and ran up to it and knocked on the door,Soon enough the door opened to reveal a man

"Huh? Hitoshi? What are you doing here?" The man said, looking at both of us"Help! Our family got killed by a demon and now we ran away!" Ray spoke up,tears streaming down her face

The man's eyes widened and dragged us inside,locking the door of the cabin "Thank you so much for saving us Kimori-Sama!.." Ray said as she hugged the man,sobbing "R-Ray! I'm sorry Kimori-Sama for her behaviour!" I'd say as I grabbed Ray away from the said name "It's Fine.. I understand that both of you are scared right now since your family got killed by a demon and got chased by it." Kimori said as he invited us to sit on the table

As I sat on the cussion on the other side of the table next to Ray,Kimori gave us some tea and some Bento to calm ourselves down "So..Have you ever heard of 'The Demon slayer Corps?' " Kimori said as he sat on the other side from us. Me and Ray shook our Heads

Kimori let out sigh and started explaining to us what the corps are and what they do,soon enough me and Ray started training to become one!

Day by day..night after night we slowly started becoming Stronger and stronger,we also learned that Kimori-Sama was a former Hashira and we basically became his students

We learned all of the forms of the Star Breathing style.. although Ray was a bit clumsy at the start (Our precious little bean 😭💗)

And now after years of training..we where ready..
