- bennett smiled as he walked down the hall. today he'd made a new friend! that wasn't really up to his luck standards, so even something that remote made him happy. suddenly he heard lisa's voice coming from down the hall. i thought school was over? he ran over to investigate. peeking through the window, he could spot lisa and another grey-haired student sitting across from her. "razor?!" bennett peeped. inside the classroom he could make out a few words. "catastrophe." lisa said. razor kept quiet. "..cat..astro-" he paused. lisa leaned over. "you're doing great, son," and kissed his cheek. razor turned away so lisa couldn't see him blushing, but to bennett he could see the silver-haired boy perfectly. suddenly crimson eyes met forest green ones. bennett perked up and ducked then. now might be a good time to run. bennett ran towards the exit. by now, most students had gone away, so it was just him and a few others.
"ben! how was school?" kaeya smiled at his son as he burst through the door. "great!" he exclaimed. a smile big enough to light up a cave appeared on his mouth. "today i tripped and fell but i met this boy named razor and now we're friends and guess what?" bennett exclaimed. it was rare for bennett to get this worked up over school, so kaeya smiled broadly back at him. "what?" "you know my teacher lisa?" kaeya nodded. "he's her son!!!" bennett flopped down on the couch. "sounds like a fun day," albedo appeared from the stairs. " "dad!" bennett sat up straight and sprinted down, wrapping his other dad in a tight bear hug. "did you have a good day?" albedo smiled down at his son. "yeah!!" his phone ringed from his bag. he then ran up the stairs (almost falling down in the process) and nabbed his phone. "i'm going to my room!" he called. "okay! dinner at 5:30!" kaeya called.

"i think bennett's finally found his match."
