Chapter 13: Jealousy

"Hold her tightly! I want to scratch her face" says their leader, licking her lips while looking at me.

The 2 girls hold my both hands tightly. I close my eyes preparing for her sharp nails to contact with my face.

"let's see if laito-sama will still like you with an ugly face!"

"Hey bitch!" another woman called behind her.

"Who's calling me bitch?!" the woman in front of me turns around.

The 2 girls immediately release my hand, looking scared while looking at the other woman.

"yes you, a bitch"  the woman smirked.

"and who the fuck are you? Trying to destroy my moment?" the leader angrily spat at her.

"uh, casey i think we should go now" the other girl went to her leader's side to whisper her.

"why? I'm not done yet. Who is she anyways?" she replied. The other girl also went beside her.

"She is also one of the sakamaki's before..." she whispered the last part which i didn't hear.

Casey shuts up and looks at me. "this isn't over, I'm not done with you" then left with the girls.

My knees weakens and i fell down. The woman walks up to me, searching for something through me then saw something which made her shocked.

"that mark.." she said.

"oh- I.." I covered it with my hand.

"Unbelievable" she sounded a little angry. I have prepared any possible impact that will come to me. I moved away a little to the edge of the building covering myself.

"bitch-chan~" laito calls out not knowing the situation I've been through. As he saw me, he stops. Looking at the woman in front of me.

"Katherine.." laito whispers enough for me to hear.

Wait. He knew her?

"L-laito-kun... " the woman cries out running towards laito. Hugging him.

Laito still looks at me not moving any muscle and his emotion was just dull. Letting katherine hug him. I look at his eyes, eyeing him to save me, but yet again he didn't budge.

"why did you replace me?" katherine told laito.

Laito didn't replied and is now looking at the floor. Katherine cupped his cheeks to look at her. I saw his eyes turned red and katherine also. Then suddenly, she kissed him. I felt a pang in my chest. Thinking if she could be his lover.

I should be thankful though because I can have my freedom again but I'm wrong.

All i feel now is jealousy..
