After Mal and Carlos got the call from Connor friends saying that he not waking up Carlos and Mal went to Connor house and the EMS people said to Carlos and Mal that their son died and few days later Carlos and Mal went to the examiner and Carlos and Mal found out that Connor passed away from SUDEP.
Few months later with Evie and Ben and Jay and Carlos.
Evie: so Connor passed away from SUDEP.
Carlos: yeah.
Ben: whoa.
Jay: that's sad.
Carlos: I know but Mal is still upset about it.
After Carlos and Jay and Evie and Ben talk Mal was in her's and Carlos bedroom and she was sitting on her and Carlos bed and dude went up to Mal.
Dude: Mal are you okay.
Mal: yeah I just miss Connor.
Dude: I know.
Mal: but he will always be in my heart forever.
Dude: he will always be in your heart.
Mal: yeah.
Few years later Connor is now 21 even though he not here anymore and Maya is now 19 and Mal is no longer being sad about Connor death meanwhile with Carlos and Mal and Jay and Ben and dude.
Ben: so you are not upset about Connor death anymore.
Mal: no not anymore.
Evie: that's good.
Jay: that's amazing.
Carlos: that's good babe.
Mal: yeah but I need to talk to you guys.
Evie: about what.
Mal: well um.
Carlos: baby you can say anything we're family.
Mal: well I was thinking that I should go back to the isle.
Carlos: what why.
Evie and Jay and Ben: yeah.
Mal: because Connor died and it's a lot to say.
Carlos: Mal look we can figure it out.
Mal: Carlos do you remember that it took me so long to get over our son's death.
Carlos: yeah.
Mal: that's why I told you that I don't want kids because of stuff like this.
Carlos: so you saying you don't want my kids.
Mal: no I didn't say that I love our kids.
Carlos: but what about us.
Mal: we're still a couple forever.
Carlos: alright.
