So enjoy this Kaneki x reader and sorry if it is really over dramatic I don't know what I was thinking

You sat in anteiku with your coffee as you read your favorite childhood book 'Harry Potter and the goblet of fire'.
Anteiku was a very calming and peaceful place which was what needed since the death of your dad.

~Flashback~

*knock knock knock*.
Your eyes darted to the door and your thought 'weird dad usually comes back later then this' looking at the clock that read 4:38.
You put your book down on the couch and opened the door.
There stood two men from your dad's work, CCG.

"Is this the (l/n) household" asked one of them.
You swallowed hard not knowing what was happening and nodded hesitantly.
The men look at each other quickly in silence then spoke up.
"Your father was a big help to the CCG" said one.
"What do you mean was" you asked not sure if you should of asked.
"Your father died while fighting alongside CCG" said one clearly "and his death was not in vain" he finished.

Your eyes widen and you nodded to them as they left to give you time alone.
Your hands cover your face as you fall to the ground.
"This can't be happening" you cried out.
"I HATE GHOULS" you sobbed into your hands.
(Insert Eren's voice) "I WILL ELIMINATE EVERYONE OF THEM" you sobbed tears falling from your (e/c) eyes as you grit your teeth trying to muffle the loud sobs.

~End of flashback~

You look up from your book once the waiter asked for your order.
"Just a coffee" you said smiling at the black haired male with a name tag saying Kaneki.
He nodded and walked back to get your coffee and your continued to enjoy your book.

"Here you go miss" the male said handing your coffee that was poured into a plain white cup.
You thanked him once again but he spoke again.
"You like Harry Potter I'm guessing" he asked.
"Oh yes this is one of my favorite" you said happily.
You always got happy when you talked about books for some reason so talking to the waiter about one of your favorite books made you ever so happy.
"Oh me too" he said happily "it just gets you so hooked".
You nodded in agreement.
"Well I have to get back to work but I'm off at 9:30 so maybe we can hang out" he suggested.
"A date, sounds perfect" you smiled at him as he blushed at the thought of going on date with you.

~Time skip~

You walked to Anteiku around 9:10 to see kaneki.
As you turned a corner you got pulled back from that's corner and into a dark alley.
A hand covered your mouth and a hot breath inched closer towards your neck.

"A real beauty here, I wonder what you taste like" the male behind you said.

You struggled to get out of grasp but it didn't work.
So you resorted to violence and kicked your foot back and gabbed your heel hard where the sun don't shine.

He let go of you and his hands that where around you switch to covering his junk.
You quickly got away from the old prevented man and to Anteiku.

You got there to be greeted by kaneki in a (put a outfit cuz I'm to lazy to out one).
Kaneki stared up and down at your (choose your outfit cuz I don't like putting outfits).

A blush appeared on Kaneki's face as he stared your body down.
You coughed to get him to snap out of his daze and said "so where shall we go"
You asked the new friend of yours.

"Umm maybe we could go to the park" kaneki suggested with a uncertain tone.

"Perfect" you chirped grabbing the boys hand and pulling him towards the park.
