-Inside the Autopsy Room 3 Oyone is examining the material of the chakra receivers with a microscope as Kumadori is examining the body. Meanwhile at the Konoha Council building Homura & Koharu are enjoying some green tea when another explosion happens they look out there window to the destruction.-
Homura: What is all this ruckus?!
-Danzo walks up behind them.-
Danzo: The Akatsuki has begun its assault.
Homura: Danzo...
Koharu: Is it true about the Akatsuki attacking?!
Danzo: Yes, the one who has attacked is Pain, their leader...
who defeated Jiraiya.
Homura: You're saying that he has personally come after the Hidden Leaf, so soon after he killed Jiraiya?
Danzo: Yes...
They've been hunting Jinchuriki hosts in order to accumulate Tailed Beasts.

-As more explosions happen civilians are running for there lives trying to get to safety, startled by the commotion a pregnant Kurenai walks out of her apartment building Shikamaru runs to her.-
Kurenai: What was that?!
Shikamaru: Stop!
You mustn't go outside!
Kurenai: Shikamaru!
What's going on?!
Shikamaru: The Akatsuki has entered our territory.
-Another one of the giant centipede's comes towards them as Shikamaru stands in front of Kurenai. Shika uses his Shadow Possession jutsu creating spikes that destroy the centipede.-
Shikamaru: Kurenai Sensei, can you step back?
-Kurenai runs to find cover from the action as Shika uses his shadow to pull some explosive kunai's out of his pouch.-
Shikamaru: Drop dead!
-His shadow throws the kunai at the centipede as they each land on different sections of the summon, Shika runs towards Kurenai shielding her from the blast.-
Shikamaru: Get down!
-Pieces of the summon fly all over the ground.-
Kurenai: Are you all right?
