I walk through the hallway.
My head kind of down.
Someone clasps my shoulder I turn around to see my best friend Calvin with a huge grin on his face.
I hugged him tightly, taking in his warm yet manly scent.
I pull away, all the warmth leaving me cold again.
Calvin was my best friend since the second grade, so we're very close.
Like two peas in a pod."Hey Calvin." I say, running my fingers through his curly locks.
He swat my fingers away and I giggle, looking down at my feet.
"The hair." He exaggerates, pushing his fingers through his hair to make it normal again. He notices my sulky mood and looks at me kind of sideways. "Whats wrong?" He questions, bumping his shoulder against mine.
I suppressed a laugh. "My day just started off wrong."
"Awe," he pulls me to his chest. "It couldn't be that bad." He says.
Someone bursts through, pushing Calvin and I apart.
My nerves snapped in an instant and I look up at the delinquent.
"Watch where you're going moron! My friend and I are trying to have a moment here!" I yelled, at his back.
He stops, making everyone else stop and look at me in horror.
The guy that burst through Calvin and I turned around with a look that could possibly kill.
I suddenly knew who he were.
Tristan.
"What did you just say to me?" He asks, walking up closer to Calvin and I.
I shrunk back, clinching on Calvin's shirt.
Calvin patted my hand gently, pulling it off of his shirt.
"Well if you look at the time, I gotta go." He looks down at his watch before looking up at Tristan. He takes a deep breath in and press his lips together."See you around Jenna." And with that, he walks away quickly, taking short glances at Tristan and I.
What a wimp.
Tristan sneers at everyone that were staring and they scurried off without a trace.
Tristan walks up to me and I stand my ground as much as I could muster. (Makes me think of mustard. I was never here. ☺-author)
"You better watch your mouth when you're talking to me," He puts his arm around my waist in one swift movement and tipped me back.
He whispered softly in my ear. "Or else."
Shivers runs down my spine and I suddenly break into a cold sweat.
I set myself up straight again, pushing the guy off of me and brush myself off.
"You shouldn't have ran through me and my friend like that." I walked off, my nose high in the air.
He grabs my wrist, but I shake him off.
"Leave me alone. I have a class to get to."
He grabs me by my waist and my heartbeat sped up faster than before.
"You're silly to think that you just talk to me like that." He says huskily.
He pushes me against the wall, his face close to mine.
"I'm obviously not like other girls who would just let you treat them any kind of way."
He chuckles lowly.
"You're interesting."
"And I believe I'm going to be tardy too if you don't get the hell off of me."
"We can ditch for a while." He says, pushing his body against mine.
I were having a hard time trying to get his arms off of me, but I had managed and pulled his fingers off one by one.
"Not in a million years buster." I say finally getting the last finger off. I walk away as quickly, trying to get as far as I can away from him.
The bell rings, indicating that I were officially late.
I suck in a deep breath and push it out.
"Well there's no point in trying not to be late." I mumble, walking throughout the hallway in a normal pace. I take my precious time to get to the room I'm supposed to be in.
I finally reached the room and walked in simply.
I look around to notice that the teacher weren't here yet but all the seats were taken except for the one next to the guy I met in the hallway.
How the hell?
He waves my schedule in the air, smirking victoriously.
I huff, walking to the back to where he were and sitting.
He tries to hand me my schedule but I ignored him and pulled out my journal.
He shrugs and pushed the schedule inside of his pocket.
I won't need a schedule anyways.
"So we meet again," He says to me. He sticks his hand out to me. "My name is Tristan."
I put my head down and groan.
This is possibly the first time I've ever turned down a hand shake, but it's not the hand shake I were turning down, it were the person. So this does not count.
"Don't talk to me, please. Just stay over there, and I'll stay over here, please." I pleaded with all my might rubbing my temples.
This is just great. What a positive way to start off the school year.
