I walk out the class I just had hell in with the incoherent chatterbox following my lead.
He poked my side.
"Can you leave me the hell alone." I say, clearly annoyed at this point.
"Your voice is so squeaky." he says.
"Is not!" I yell, my voice cracking.
Nice move dumb ass.
I sigh, looking up to see the guy I'm lab partners with.
"Oh hi." I say, waving awkwardly. He takes my hand, pulling me away from Tristan.
Thank you lord for this wonderful person.
He then pulls me into an empty hallway.
"It's best not to be around him. He isn't any friend of yours." He says.
I laugh. "Who said I was friends with him?"
He pulls my chin up.
My cheeks tint a little as I look him in the eyes.
My eyes then trailed down his clenched jaw.
"I'm serious." He says his voice deeper than the ocean. His dark blue eyes locked with mine.
I nod and he lets go of my chin his warmth still there.
"Besides, it's better you stick with me anyways." He gives me a sheepish smile.
Tristan turns the corner and spot Jake and I.
"I've been looking all over for you." He says pulling me away from Jake.
Jake takes my free arm. "Everyone can't be yours, so give her up." He says. I gapped in shock.
It had to be me out of all people they choose to fight over.
As I'm still trying to get this through my knotted brain the tardy bell rings.
"Shit." I mutter. "Okay that's enough." I say, pulling my arms away from the both of them.
"I want to go to class in peace."
"And he'll be going in pieces." Tristan says, giving Jake a look that can kill.
Jake scoffs.
"We'll see how likely that is."
"I honestly don't want to hear this." I say, walking away.
"Well what do you want to hear?" Tristan says, smirking at me.
"Silence." I say, rolling my eyes.
I catch up with the rest of the scurrying crowd and disappear hoping I left the both of them behind.
~
My next class I was in was the class where all three of was in.The whole period there has been nothing but tension between the three of us.
"If I had known this would happen for the rest of the school year I would've been transferred." I think to myself.
The bell rings to dismiss us. I was the first to hop up and out the door. The two guys were following me again giving each other death stares.
I sigh."Can you guys please stop following me." I say.
They stop and look at me dumbfounded. I kept walking.
Tristan grabbed me by the waist.
I gasped. "But I want you all for myself." He whispers in my ear. Jake takes Tristan's hands off of me, pulling our tangled bodies apart. "Ahem," He says really loud. "But I'm sorry, I'm taking her to class." He says grabbing my hand. Tristan bumps Jake's hip with his hip sending Jake flying to a locker. They do tug-of-war again with me, arguing.
"Stop!!" I yell.
I pull my arms away once again.
"I'm going to class by myself." I say through gritted teeth.
"But-"
"I'm going by myself. I don't need help getting to class and I sure as hell don't need two guys following me every damn where I go. You fight over me like two immature children." I say, straightening my shirt. "I'm leaving now."
I transcend down the hallway with no trace of Tristan or Jake.
There's no way in hell I want to continue this year like this.
