Our Golden Reality

I woke up when I felt that something or someone is kissing my neck. I opened my eyes and saw Helios, my boyfriend.

"Good morning, my love," bati niya sa'kin pagkakitang gising na ako.

"Hey, what are you doing here? Ang aga pa, ah?" I asked because he usually comes here during 5am.

"I just missed you," I smiled and gave him a kiss on the lips.

Bumangon na ako at naligo while he waits for me in my bedroom. We usually go on dates during weekends so I need to get ready. I showered and wore a peach flowy dress while putting my hair in a half ponytail. I put on some light make-up before going put. I saw Helios looking at my album where it contains our photos together. I walked in front of him that made his gaze went to me.

"Wow, beautiful," he stood up and held my waist before kissing me. "Let's go?" I nodded.

Nang lumabas na kami sa apartment ay binati naman ako ng katabi kong unit.

"Good morning, Amaris!" bumati naman ako pabalik. "Saan ka pupunta?"

"On a date," I smiled. Nagpaalam na din ako agad at hinatak na si Helios paalis. We held hands while walking because we like to go on walks rather than driving. As we walked, people were staring at us. But I didn't mind any of them. "Where are we going pala?" I asked him.

"Picnic," he winked at me that made me blush. I just let him guide me while still holding hands. We stopped by a store to buy some things and bought food. As I was paying, I can't help but notice a woman staring at me.

"Uhm, excuse me? Is there a problem?" I asked because I was already feeling uncomfortable.

"No, nothing. I'm sorry," then she left. That was weird. I finished paying, when I went outside, tulips were in front of me.

"For you," a smiling Helios faced me. I took the tulips and kissed him on his cheek. We both went to the park since it was a cloudy day, the weather was nice. Nilatag na namin ang blanket at inayos na ang mga pagkain. I took my phone and captured some photos. We even took a picture together with me on his back while we were both laughing.

After that, we ate, talked, and we even wiped some cream on our faces. We were both enjoying our day. The sun was almost setting, so we did what we usually do, we watched the sunset. I even took many photos of it since I really love sunsets.

"The sunset is beautiful, isn't it?" he said. I smiled and just nodded. He kept saying that whenever we watch the sunset together. I mean, it was true though. It really was beautiful. We even danced together while waiting for the sun to set. It was the happiest moments of my life. I was so happy.

It was already night time so we decided to go home. We cooked our dinner, changed clothes, did some night routine, etc. While he was taking a shower, I was just in my bed, looking at our photos from earlier. We were so cute! So I decided to post it on my instagram.

I didn't get to reply because Helios was already done showering and he suddenly hugged my waist. I wrapped my arms around his neck and caressed his wet hair.

"Hey, Helios?" I called him.

"Hmm?" he was still laying on my chest.

"Don't ever leave me, okay?" I told him. Hindi siya sumagot agad. Inangat niya ang ulo niya and our eyes met. He tucked my strands of hair behind my ears before holding my face and kissing my forehead.
