The secret of the moon

I never have imagined that I would end up with a vampire in my entire life. There was a mission and a secret I had to protect. It was the very own secret of the moon. Our blue eyes were the sign that we wolfs were it's protector. Still every now and then a vampire with blue eyes would be born as well. The last time we found such a vampire we took them in and showed them our way of living.

The memories of said vampire were faint but I do remember that they were neither a woman nor a man. They themselves were called soo many different names. For us they were no different then any of us wolfs. We were only here to keep the world in check. One could even say that our gift to see the worls language was to protect it.

Still we didn't knew that taking in a vampire would cause soo much dispair and harm. 

Me: *sigh*

Me and Noe, were sharing a room and it was already late but I couldn't help but look outside the window and sigh.

If only the vampires knew about us.

If only we would have never trusted the vampire and let him put all our knowledge into that damn book.

It's dangerous and should have never come into existence.

We are here to protect this world and the world between both sides.

How could it vanish just like this.

As I was looking out of the window, I suddenly saw something with my sharp eyes. It was a vampire who was going rough. 

Me: Noe!

Nothing. That man was sleeping like a log and sometimes I wouldn't even think that he was a vampire but a cat. Still I wanted to have him at my side because this would mean that I wouldn't need to expose my ability at all.

Me: NOE!

Jesus crist this vampire is really something else.

How can he still sleep like this?!

Well, then I'll go on my own!

There was something no one knew. I had the book of vanitas which was a keep sake of the vampire who was once with us wolfs but it wasn't the only book out there in the world. There were two such books and even though I had one, the other one was just creating chaos and I had to stop this.

Me: *sigh* What an idiot!

Just like that I jumped out of the window after opening it and climbing up to the rooftop. For a human this wouldn't be a simple task. For a vampire this was pretty easy and for me was a wolf this was a given. Now being up on the rooftop I looked at the direction focusing to see what is going on. All I could see was the sky which had the languafe changed for a bit. Everything was different then it should be and so I knew that someone was trying to corupt their true names.

Once I knew where I had to go, I just casually started running and jumping from rooftop to rooftop. This was really nothing for me as a wolf. 

Now let's see if I can find the culptris this time.

This has been going on for way too long.

There is no need for this shit.

Why?

Who is even doing this!

I wanted to growl soo badly but I knew that there was always the possibility of someone hearing it and I really didn't wanted to bother with something like this so I ran till I could see the vampire in front of me.

Not again.

I am late again!

It's gone!

I have to fix this mess before anyone gets hurt.

Taking out the book for just show, I used the ability to read the name of this vampire but just looking at their heart and the world would expose it to my eyes. So after I opened the book in my hand, I started to change and rewrite the world language around this being, fixing everything again. This was nothing new for me. I've been doing this for quite a while now but this was starting to get on my nerves.

So while I was doing this, I was a bit volnurable since I had to look as if I was reading from the book. Little did I knew that this was a trap designed for me.

Me: ARG!

Who the heck dared to do this!

I let go of the book as it fell to the ground after I felt a pain in my shoulder. Someone just shot me and it came soo unexpected that I even jumped down and let myself go rolling down from the rooftop. Still I managed to hold on to the gutter of the roof. 

SHIT!

ARG!

WHAT DID THEY PUT IN THIS!

I felt my hand numbing and this was bad. This only meant that the bullet that hit me wasn't a pure bullet at all.

Me: GOSH DANG IT NOE WHERE THE HECK ARE YOU WHEN ONE NEEDS YOU!

No matter how much I cursed at him, there was no way he was around or hearing me at all. Not only that but I couldn't hold on for any longer and so I let go and decided to shift for a bit. My black ears would be pretty easy to hide as I was just laying them low on my head and my tail wouldn't be seen since I had something that looked like a cape.

This way I could break the fall without breaking anything but spraining my ankle a bit. As soon as I landed on the ground, I started to hear gun shots and started running. I had to hide and survive after all. 

This isn't over!

The moment I find you and get you in my hands, you are over!

Human or Vampire, you will be done!

Of course I made sure to pick up my book before running of to somewhere safe to hide.
