Personality- Skylar is a happy-go-lucky person. She has no real sense of responsibility nor seriousness, instead focusing on doing what she enjoys. She tends to be lazy and a slacker, and can often be found taking a nap with her pokemon. Despite this she is a friendly person, and tends to get along with just about everyone.
Backstory- Skylar was the daughter of a champion. She was often pushed to become a great pokemon trainer like her mother, but felt that it was too much responsibility. Instead, to appease her mother and not have to do as much work, she became a gym leader, where she could do whatever she wanted while waiting for trainers to arrive.
