So first of all she is Suhana Sharma (currently luthra) wife of karan negative character

Hospital room *Next day*

Karan is laying unconscious on the bed and Suhana is sitting on the couch suddenly Karan opens his eyes and mumbles "Preeta" Suhana looks at him with disappointment

Suhana:Dekho karan ab tum usko bhool jao.

Karan(angrily):Tum mujhey na hi batao k mujey kisko yaad krna hai aur kisko bhoolna hai

Suhana while ignoring him goes out and calls the nurse.

Nurse comes in with Dr.Aditya

Aditya:Hi Mr.Karan how are you feeling now

Karan:Better

Suhana: Aap karan ko discharge kab karien gy

Aditya: Aik dafa Dr.Preeta aakr inko dekh lyn phir woh bata dyn gi as she is handling this case.

Karan:Aap ne kia naam bataya

Aditya:Dr.Preeta

Karan(impatiently):Woh kab tak aayien gi

Aditya:Unka duty time 2 se start hota hai.

Aditya comes out while thinking kal raat Jo hua Preeta aaj aaye gi bhi k nahi

Flashback *last night*

Dr. Aditya was at preeta and Aashi's place as aashi had invited him for dinner . Preeta comes home a lil baby comes and hugs her saying "Mumma aap aagaye" So the lil girl is Aanya luthra

Here is Aanya hmare preeran ki beti

Preeta:Baby I am home but aaj mai bht tired hu.

Aanya:Oh mom aap rest krlo

Aashi:Preeta khana laga dun

Preeta:Aashi nhi yar bhook nahi tum log kahyo.

Preeta goes inside her room and locks it. That was a bit strange for Aashi as Preeta never locks her room Aashi felt something wasn't right.

Aashi tum log table set karo m preeta ko pani de ati hu.

Aashi goes and knocks the door Preeta opens the door

Aashi(while entering into the room):kia howa h tujhey pehle kabhi  darwaza lock nhi kia.

Itne mai hi Aaditya comes in saying table set hogya.

Aashi:Adi tum Aanya ko distract karo preeta ko koi baat karni hai shayad

Aaditya:Haan mai ne notice krlia tha tabhi m Aanya ko Barbie laga k de aya hu ab woh 2 ghante tak nhi uthne wali.

Preeta:Mujhe kuch nhi howa hai guys

Aashi:Btati h k nahi

Preeta:Haan tou aaj hospital mai karan aya tha

Both aashi and aadi were shocked 😲

Preeta tells them the whole incident and bursts into tears

Aashi (while hugging preeta):Pree yaar mai tera Dard samajh sakti hu pr tu ro tou na tu bht strong hai

Aaditya: Super strong hai ye dekhna kal subha aakr karan ko check bhi kare gi.

Preeta: Pr kese

Aaditya:Chal kr jaye gi tu aur kese

Aashi gives her a glare

Aaditya: I mean ja kr us seh face off kare gi aur usko show karae gi k you can live without him

Preeta:kia mai kr loon gi

Aashi:Are haan meri Jan tu kr le gi

Flashback ends

Preeta enters the hospital and comes to Aaditya

Preeta:Aadi Tune Karan ko check kia ab woh kesa hai

Aaditya: Haan woh theek hai tum joa andar

Preeta:Nervous hu thori si .

Aaditya:Kuch nhi hota you can do it

Preeta:Yarr thanks mera itna sath dene kai liye

Aaditya:Are Preeta yai kese baat ki hai.

He hugs preeta

Preeta moves towards the room and knocks the door

Suhana opens the door

Suhana:Dr aap aaye hain andar aa jaien

Preeta enters the room aur uski aur karan ki aankhien takrati hain.

Nainon se naina takrae naa Jane kiya dhoonde aakhiyaan. *plays in bg*

Tears escape from both of their eyes

Both of them wipe out their tears and suhana is standing shocked as she just figured out that Dr.Preeta is karan ki preeta

Preeta:Mr.Karan ab aap kesa feel kr rahe hain

Karan:bht behter

Preeta:good aap apni medication lete rahien hum aapko kal tak discharge kr dien gy

Preeta turns to go but karan held her hand and said RUKO PREETA...........
