Megatronus woke to the sound of the back door opened and closing. He rubbed his optics and sat up, taking a moment to adjust to the faint light coming through the window before deciding to investigate who was up so early.
Megatronus found his way to the back door through the kitchen and he saw Optimus's holoform standing at the edge of the porch, looking curiously at something in front of him.
Megatronus transformed and his holoform appeared and as he followed Optimus's gaze whilst walking up next to him, his eyes widened a bit.
"What's Amal doing?"
"Sleepwalking."
Megatronus looked bewildered and stepped forward. "And you're not stopping her?"
"I will—" Optimus stopped his long friend from going any farther as the young Prime in front of them was still trudging through the yard.
"—but I wanted to see the severity of it. If she isn't going to talk about it, I would rather observe her myself to see if we must intervene." Megatronus looked weary for a moment before pulling himself from Optimus's grasp to approach next to Amal.
"Alright."
Optimus soon approached on the other side of Amal and the two walked beside her, watching her tiredly pull herself along.
It wasn't until she neared the edge of the cliff again did Megatronus finally put a stop.
Placing his hand on Amal's chest, he stopped her in her tracks. "Amal." Amal slumped forward, still attempting to go on as Optimus grabbed onto her arm to hold her back.
"Amal, wake up." Megatronus shook her a bit and Amal's eyes suddenly snapped open and she jerked back, falling onto the cold Cybertron ground.
"Ow, fuck." The young Prime growled as the two Primes above her went to help her up. Amal looked up at them, blinking in confusion.
"What're you doing?"
"Helping you from falling off a cliff again." Megatronus grumbled, grabbing Amal's arms to help her up as Optimus grabbed her other side.
Amal grunted but didn't say anything as she stood up. "Thanks." She mumbled, wiping herself off.
"Was it another nightmare?"
"No. Not that it's any of your business." Amal mumbled, pulling her arms away from the two Primes before turning to go back to their house.
Megatronus clapped his hands against his sides. "Amal, we're trying to help you."
"I'm not the one needing help." Amal called back. Megatronus and Optimus looked at each other and the long time Prime gave a nod before the two jogged to catch up the young girl.
"Amal, stop."
Amal stopped and spun around, raising her eyesbrows angrily.
"What?"
Optimus sighed. "June told us...that you two had talked." He said and Amal's face fell a bit. "And what'd she say?"
"Not much about anything...personal. But she did say that she was suspecting you might be experiencing some...human emotions."
"PTSD, Amal." Megatronus said flatly and Optimus shot him a look. Amal looked bewildered as she tried to get words out.
"I'm—fucking christ—i don't—no—"
"Amal, it's nothing to be ashamed of—"
"I don't have PTSD, Megs! I'm fine!" Amal exclaimed and Megatronus stepped forward. "You're not fine! Stop pretending like you are!" The former warlord told her.
"Stop telling me what I'm feeling! You don't have a fucking right to preach to me about this!" Amal exclaimed, jabbing a finger in his chest.
"Amal, you might be trying to suppress these emotions—"
"God fucking—"
"—but June think it's bad of you to do this and she thinks it'd be best to—"
"So, you guys just don't trust me?" Amal interrupted Optimus, looking between the two in annoyance.
"Amal, of course we trust you. We trust you with our lives! But if you're clearly too prideful to admit to your emotions, then yes, we're going to step in and tell you to step back and take time to figure out what you're going through!" Megatronus told her.
Amal glared at the two. Optimus sighed. "June thinks you should talk to someone." Amal blinked.
"Like a therapist?"
"Yes." Optimus and Megatronus said in unison. Amal looked between the two.
"No."
"Not up for debate." Megatronus said and Amal crossed her arms.
"I'm not talking with some stranger about my feelings."
"Well, if you won't talk to us, then this is your only other option." Megatronus snapped back. "Or Ratchet, if you feel comfortable." Optimus told her. Amal shook her head.
"Ratchet's busy. He doesn't have time for—"
"I know damn well, if we told Ratchet what was going on right now, he'd hauling your ass back to Earth faster than we can transform." Megatronus interrupted the young Prime.
"Go to Earth, talk to Ratchet, or find a therapist."
"Is that an order?" Amal sneakily said to the former warlord.
"Yes." Optimus said and Amal looked at him and then back to Megatronus before scoffing.
"Unbelievable."
Amal turned and stormed off, leaving the two Primes to stand there for a moment.
"Could've gone worse." Megatronus mumbled. Optimus sighed.
"Yes...yes, it could have."

The space bridge opened and Ratchet looked a bit confused as he turned and saw Amal walking through at a quick pace with an annoyed look on her face.
"Amalgamous...didn't expect you here."
"Didn't expect to be here either, and truthfully, did not want to."
Ratchet frowned and Amal sighed.
"Not that i don't want to see you...but Optimus and Megs sent me here...and good thing, because they're pissing me off."
Ratchet looked confused and Amal rubbed her face.
"I'm taking a nap. I'll explain when i'm up."
"Very well. Goodnight Amal."
