Hanna's Pov

Right when Emily said that my heart dropped. "no," I say quietly. "no I'm not letting you do this. I can't loose you. Neither can you mum or your friends! What the hell!"

"Its my decision Hanna I need to do thi!" She agrues back.

"i understand but not this...no way in hell!" I yell. I quickly send an SOS to the girls. She scoffs and goes back to working. "Babe I love you that's why I can't let you do this!" I go to kiss her cheek but she turns away. great nowa she's pissed too.

10 minutes later the girls are here. "Whats wrong Hanna? I was kind of doing somethin!" Ali exclaime. I invited them up to the attic.

"yeah Samara," I shoot back causing the girls to laugh and Ali to blush. "Emily wants to join the Army!"

"What?!" They all scream. We go upstairs and see Emily looking at some pictures. "you cannot join Emily. Please!" Aria begged.

"Really call in the big guns because you can't respect my decision. I want to do this!" Emily argues. We know we're going to have trouble. Emily is such a stubborn person sometimes. It annoys the crap out of me. "I'm calling John in the morning that's final!"

"what about you mum Emily, Hanna, us you're just going to leave us!" Spencer yelled back.

The room went silent. Motionless. All the girls are ready to here her reply. I close my eyes and try to hold back the tears. Is she really going to do this. I open my eyes and see Em staring at my. Angee starts to boil in my blood I get up and push her chest. "you can't leave me!" I yell. Tears start to fall but she doesn't do anything I hit her again and again but she doesn't say anything.

"I have to," she whispered and grabbed my hands. "I love you guys so much but I need to do this." Emily leans down and kisses my hands. "I'm sorry."

"Emily are you sure?" Ali asked her. I know she wants to do this. But this is going to hurt us all. Her mum's going to be devastate. And me...well I have no clue how I'd deal with it. I know loosing her dad is hard, I just wish she would deal with it something else.

"I need to know what my dad faced. I want to have apart of him with me and this is the way. I would never do with in spite." Emily explained.

"Come here," Aria said and pulled her into a hug. Ali joined and so did Spencer. "Hanna?" I look up and see opening up the circle.

"god you're going to be the death of me!" I said and came into the hug.

The next day

Emily's Pov

After the girls left I called John saying I wanted to join. He said that he can grt me into the Acedamey by next week. once the phone call ended I decided to tell my mum. I know this is going to ruin my mum but I need to do this for me. I pace around my room for 20 minutes trying to figure out how to tell her. I finally get my confidence up and walk over to my mum. "Hey mum can we talk?" I ask her carefully. Just rip off the band aid Emily come on.

"hey honey is everything alright?" She asks me.

"I'm joining The Army." I say quickly. Her face went pale and tears started to form. I pull her into a hug and held her. "pleae mum I need to do this!" She cried harder.

"I understand I-I just can't loose you too. You're all I h-have left!" She cried.

"I promise mum I'll stay safe. This is just a camp anyway!" I said and kissed her head. "I love you mum'"
