Chapter 1- where it starts

**Emily's Pov**

I'm having the worst week ever. I can't be bothered to got to school. My life sucks. My girlfriend broke up with me. Even though we had a very bumpy relationship I cared for her alot. As for Ali she played me and the girls. I still cant believe it, she our best friend tortured us for like 3 years. At least I have my friends.

"Hey" I hear someone say while knocking on the door.

"Hmmm," I mumbled. I took my covers off.

"Em what's wrong?" Hanna said interlockibg our fingers, "please don't shut me out!" I Stared down at our hands. She had this crazy effect on me that I just give in to her.

"Paige broke up with me," I said. A couple tears fell down my face. I still don't understand why we broke up. I mean she pushed for our relationship only to break it up. Did I do something wrong. All these thoights make me cry harder.

Hanna got on her knees inbetween my legs and lifted my chin up. I never noticed how gorgeous her eyes were. "She's not worth your tears em," she says wiping them away.

"You don't understand Han. Every girlfriend I've ever had has either died or broke my heart. Maya I loved her and because of A she was murdered. Ali breaks my heart everytime I look at her. And Paige she wanted our relationship then breaks up the next week. Just admit it love id hopeless for me. I'm the girl who looses everything. A id ruining my life. I lie to keep people safe but they find out anyway. Soon or later I'm gonna loose you guys too. I can afford that. You me too much to me." I Said. Tears were streaming down my face aswell as Hanna was crying.

Hanna next did something I never expected. She grabbed my face and kissed me passionately. My heart jumped we our lips connected. "Sorry I needed to shut you up. I didn't know if you were just taking a breathe or if you were gonna start again." Hanna said.

Is she blushing. No she can't she's my bestfriend. "U-umm it's o-okay!" I stuttered. Dammit.

"Emily listen to me you not hope love. You just simply haven't found the girl yet. We will never leave you we love you too much!" Hanna said. "I've got to go now!"

She rushed out the room. I was still in shock. My heart was tingling. Something just felt so right about that kiss.

**Hanna's Pov**

I ran out of Emily's house after. I can't believe I kissed her. Not that I didn't enjoy it it's just she's my best friend. I text Aria she'll knoe ehat to say.

H- hey aria need some advice can i come to ur house?

A- yeah sure front door is open

H- thnx

I drove quickly to Arias house and made my way to her room. she's already waiting for me. She acts like a little guidence counsellor sometimes. "Okay what do you need help with?" Aria asked.

I slowly sat down on her bed and took a deep breathe. "I went and saw Emily today!" I said.

"Okay what happened?" She asked. Shit why is this so hard

"Okay well Emily was ranting about Paige breaking up with her and how her love is hopeless and she wouldn't shut up," I asked, "umm so i kissed her!"

I didn't want to she her reaction. She interlocked our fingers and said "han it's okay you were in the moment."

"Yeah I guess," I mumbled. I dont know how I feel about Em. We have such a strong relationship I don't want to ruin it. But oh gosh her lips are soft and kissable. No wonder all the girls want to kiss her. A tear falls down my cheek. Honestly Emily has such an effect on me its scary.

"Do you have feeling for Emily?" Aria asked, "because if you do we will support you know matter what. Plus you two would be cute together!"

I chuckled at her last statement. "Honestly I love Emily alot but I don't know if it's love as a friend or more than a friend." I Admitted.

"There's nothing to be afraid of," Aria said. "How about we throw a mini party for the 4 of us?"

"Sounds good!" I Asked wipibg the last of my tears."I'll text the others."

"Okay talk to you soon!" Aria yelled as I left.

**Emily's Pov**

My mind was still frazzled from that kiss. The shock of energy raced through my body. Ive never had this feeling before. Gosh this is insane she's your bestfriend Emily. Ugh I need to talk to Spencer. I decide to drive to her house.

I knock on the door and waited. A dew minutes later Spencer opened the door. "Hey Em!" Spencer said.

"Hi" I said.

"Can you tell me what's going on? You weren't at school for 4 days. We thought something bad happened to you! Spencer said.

"Paige broke up with me and i didnt take it well. I didn't want to face either Paige or Ali so I stayed home." I said, "but that's not what I need help with!"

"Okay well hit me!" Spencer said.

"Okay Hanna came over to see me today. I was ranting about Paige and all and she kissed me. I think I have feelings for her but I don't want to ruin our friendship," I said. She just looked shocked for a second.

"Wow okay I think you should talk to Hanna about the kiss," Spencer answered. I nodded .

*beep*

Both Spencers and mine phone went off. It was from hanna.

H- party @ my house just us 4

S- okay what time?

E- i can come

H- 6:30

Okay well I have about 2 hours to get ready. I need a plan.
