Wake up!

I shot up, I was in my bed. I was fine, I still had everything.

Try to go downstairs, the cord should still be there.

I walked out of my room and the stairs to go downstairs was gone but just like the voice said the cord was still there.

The cord seems sturdy enough, wanna take the risk?

I sighed and started climbing down.

It felt like forever but I made it downstairs.

Try to find a way out... maybe a tooth brush.

"Stop insulting me!"

Nah, it's the only thing that's keeping me from going insane.

"Bull."

I found the kitchen, it was different, rats were hanging from the ceiling by their tails and the walls were extremely cracked. Once I get out of here I'm buying a smaller house.
A loud moaning sound (not like that) was coming from the oven, it sounded like whatever that thing was, it was in pain.

If you open the oven, have your sword in hand, it's not easy bringing you back from the dead.

"I guess."
I pulled out my sword and swiftly opened the oven.
A cat jumped out of the oven.
It looked like it was in so much pain.
I put away my sword and picked up the cat.

Be careful, you never know if it will turn on you.

"It's a cat, what harm could it d-"
The cat's fur turned into flames.
It didn't hurt at all.
"This cat may be on fire but it's fucking cool."

Your pun was awful, you spent years in that room and you didn't think if a good pun.

"Whatever."
The cat just sat on my head. It was fine.

I looked around a bit more and found a toothbrush.

Try to climb the cord back upstairs so you can brush your teeth. The sink here looks very broken.

"I'll try."
I walked back to the rubble that used to be my stairs and grabbed the cord. I started climbing up and after what felt like hours, I made it.

The cat never left my head as I brushed my teeth, I'm just surprised that it didn't hurt since it is on fire.

I went back into my room, it wasn't different.
I went back into the walk in closet and the body was still there.

I feel like I know who that is but I can't put my finger on it.

I examined it closely.
Platinum Blond hair.
Pale.
The left eye is blue.
The right eye is brown.
Freckles.
Blue shirt stained with blood.
Black pants.

Strangely enough, it was a human body, male too.

You should head back downstairs, look for an exit.

I walked around the house.
The kitchen didn't change.
I found the front door... so... many... padlocks... the hell!
I took the two keys out of my pocket and tried all of them, none of them worked with these keys.

Try to find another room.

"Alright."

I walked a bit more and I found a door with another padlock, I pulled out my keys and tried the first one.
The lock fell off immediately.
I pushed the door open, the living room, nothing was different, it was almost the same except for the heavy dust.
I looked around and under the the TV stand was a piece of folded paper.

What is it?

I unfolded the paper and it was the combination for my safe.
I knew where my safe was so, I pushed the coffee table away and I tried to lift up a few floor broads but failed.

Try using one of your items.

I dug around in my pockets that literally had no bottom, seriously, I have a whole a plunger in here.
I pulled out the screwdriver and then, the boards flew up in the air.
I quickly back up so the boards wouldn't hit me.
Once the boards hit the ground I pulled out the safe and punched in the combination.
Inside was two keys and a bag of cat nip... I guess I should feed the cat.
I opened the bag and the cat hopped of my head.
"Can I name it?

Sure, just don't get to close to it because it may not be able to leave with us. It is on fire.

"I'll name youuuuuuu Flames!"

Really?

"You got a better name?"

Charcoal.

"Damnit, that is better."

How about Torch!

"That sounds good."
I took out some treats and gave it to Torch.
The cat with flaming fur spun around and meowed.
The cat got back on my head and we left.

I used the two keys I found in the safe and used them on all the 60 padlocks on the front door.
Two fell off, I just need to find 58 more keys that go with these locks.

Look around, a bit more, maybe go back upstairs.

I looked around and I found a door and it was the stairs to the basement.
It would be dark if it wasn't for Torch.

I have a bad feeling, be careful, your sword would be of use.

I pulled out my sword and continued going down.

In the basement, I saw a bunch of boxes with eyes and shelves.

I looked inside one of the boxes and I found some old photos, I pulled out on and a gross memory flooded into my mind.

How are the other two in that photo?

"I had a three some with those two, I really regret it."
I put the photo back.

I wouldn't expect that from someone who stayed in their room for years.

"Stop it!"
I shouldn't have yelled because I heard a growl from behind me.
I got off the floor and pointed my sword in the direction of the growl.
Torch got off my head and was getting ready to attack, growling at the darkness.
Two red glowing eyes lit up in the darkness, Torch started attacking them I finally saw what it was, it was a wolf. It lunged at me but sliced off its head with my sword... obviously.

Come back later, you shouldn't stay down here any longer.

"YA THINK!?"
I was shaking, Torch got up on the head and I ran upstairs.

I was climbing up the cord to go upstairs as Torch was sleeping on my head.

Be careful.

I sighed and I just continued climbing. It wasn't fun but I definitely felt better once I reached the the upstairs floor.

I went up to the attic and I noticed a new door.

Again, be careful.

"Whatever dad."
I walked over to the door and opened it... tried to, it was locked.
I took the key out of my pocket and unlocked it easily.
There was a safe that was being guarded by a monster like plant.
I pulled out my sword as Torch jumped on the monster.
The plant lit on fire so I took my move.
I ran towards it and sliced off its head... is what I would've said if it didn't stab me with a tentacle like thing.

You can't die just yet.
You need rest.
You'll be okay.
