After Player vanished Novisor forever for good...he went unconscious and before he could hit the ground...he was caught by his best friend Veteran
The ghosts also went back from their true forms as MrEgg was now too tired of running yet he didn't regret it cuz he helped his friends by distracting the ghosts
Veteran knelt down on the ground as Player was on his arms
"Hey Player come on now wake up, rise and shine-" Veteran was cut off by Stoner
"Really man? That's not how you-" But then..he was interrupted by Veteran

"I know dude, shut up
Anyways..where were we?
Oh yeah, hey buddy, you're not playing dead again, are you?" Veteran asked while shaking his best friend carefully to wake up
"Poor one, he has so many bruises" TheGentleMan stated
"Don't worry Veteran, everything's fine now, I just looked away from my laptop and saw my brother finally got out from the game and he's currently sleeping rn on his bed" Dum said, everyone sighed in relief
Captain was about to talk until

*Player left the game due to connection error*

Everyone was surprised and confused, Veteran stood up since Player is no longer in his arms
"Uh..Dum, what just happened?" Gnome asked
"Well uh...my bro's laptop really had a connection problem..lemme just fix it later hehe, btw, I need to go now
Thank u so much guys" Dum said as she also left the game
"To my surprise, he was really amazing..not gonna lie" Blue said
"Of course he is" Wizard agreed
"Uh guys...what's going on? What happened?" MrCheese asked as he walked towards his boyfriend
TheGentleMan was glad to see him back specially Gnome to his boyfriend as well
"Engineeeer!!!!, I'm really happy to see you back to normal!" Gnome screamed in happiness as she tackled his boyfriend a hug

"Well...since my job here is done, imma leave and..see u guys again later" Blue said as he left the game, Wizard also did what Blue did
"We finally fixed the problem MrCheese now you really did just missed how amazingly Player defeated that despicable monster again" TheGentleMan said
"Oh, so our game still continues right?" MrCheese asked
"Oh yeah speaking of this game...where were we?" Captain aksed
"Let's just do our tasks" Gnome said as they walked off
Well...it didn't took long for the game to end because Ninja was always good at being impostor especially Veteran

*Dum joined the lobby*
"Hey dum dum, how's your brother? He's not dead yet right?" MrCheese asked as TheGentleMan nudged him
"Wha- oh yeah, he's still fine of course, why would u want him dead?" Dum asked
"What, I didn't say it like that
Just asking how is he doing" MrCheese muttered
"Right..."
"Oh hey sister of my best friend, can't he play Among Us yet? Or...chat me on discord?" Veteran asked as he walked towards to Dum
"Hmm..not yet cuz..it's been 3 days for having a fever.." Dum muttered
"He's sick for 3 days now!? oh...damn...uh...I hope he'll get well soon.." Veteran exclaimed
"Advance condolences-"
"MRCHEESE!" TheGentleMan shushed his unbelievable boyfriend but he knows that he's just being a jerk or whatever
After those long conversations...they finally started the game and started playing for how many rounds...

-timeskip- ~days later~

Player's POV

I woke up from the sounds of my notifications from my phone
I grabbed it then looked at the time to see it was now 8:00am
I yawned and stood up,started stretching and felt myself that I'm well and better now
When I unlocked my phone,the notifications was from my discord it was so many missed messages and calls
Now who would do that..
Opening my discord to see a lot of messages from Veteran and from our group chat
Now I know..

I was about to read their messages when my door suddenly bursted by my sis Jessica with bowl on her hands, she approached me and motioning me to take the bowl
I put down my phone beside me and grabbed the bowl too see it was noodles that's still warm and delicious to eat
"Heh...thanks sis..but I'm getting better now, really" I said as I grabbed the fork and started eating the noodles
Her cooking style are just like mom's, they are always delicious
"I'm just making sure that you're really completely better now and yeah..your friends are waiting for you again to come back" she said as she sat down on my bed
"Yeah I can *slurp* see that" I said as I eat the noodles she made, I also drink the soup
"Also, I'm going back to my school tomorrow and stay there for how long again soo...let's play with our friends later" she said
"I also made excuse to your school that you're not gonna attend for a while because of how sick you are" she added

We may be not good in terms together sometimes but I still love her as my sister, she's also the best
"Thanks again, sis" I said  as I was now done eating my noodles and put the empty bowl down on the nightstand then grabbed my phone and opened it
"I'm bored, let's play Among Us, I wanna see my Captain" Dum said as she opened her phone then the Among Us game
I then started chatting on our gc on discord

Guys, is our lobby still open? Captain? Cuz me and my sis wanna join and play with you guys

The King: Oh glad to see you fine now buddy, although you still kept ignoring my messages

Sorry Veteran, I just newly opened my phone..

The Captain: Bestie! I'm glad you're here and fine now! And yeah the lobby is open and we're currently waiting for the others to join tho

The Captain: no problemo! Oh, here's the code *enter code*

After that, I opened my among us and entered the code, I also told my sis what's the server code
And finally..we entered the lobby and I was surprised that everyone's like...staring at me or something, maybe they've been waiting for me

Once I entered the lobby, I'm really glad to be back again as I suddenly received a hug from my bestfriend Veteran
I happily hugged back
Captain also joined the hug
I rolled my visor
"Okay okay let go of me now.., I can't feel my body" I said as they let go of me
"We missed you bestie!" Captain exclaimed
"Really?" I asked, not really sure, after what happened
"It's true MrPlayer, now we have a discussion to make" TheGentleMan said
"Yeah ding dong, it's all about you and the Novisor monster" MrCheese said
I gulped
"Relax Player, it's no big deal" my sis simply said

"I...I uh.."
"It's not really gonna make you uncomfortable tho, instead...we're gonna make you comfortable!" Captain exclaimed
"Ugh you guys are so slow
Well...actually Player...uh.." Gnome muttered
"The point is..we're very sorry for everything what we've done to you" Mother finished
I'm really shock yet surprised hearing their words
"It's our fault really..for being rude to you, isn't that right MrCheese?" TheGentleMan asked
"Yeah yeah whatever" MrCheese bluntly replied
I just rolled my visor
"Well...bestie..since I already forgave you for what you've done especially to me and from the past of how you treated me-" Captain said but got interrupted by Veteran
"Past is past dude"
"I know you yellow bean, I'm just telling my Player all of my....uh..
You know what, my apologies as well
Will you ever forgive me...bestie?" Captian asked with pleading look on his visor

I started to sweat, I really don't have any more words to say, well I'm really glad to see them again tho
"Yeah we're really sorry that we thought you already forgotten about us...we also had a big mistake for ignoring u..." Veteran muttered
I sighed and just gave them a happy expression
"Guys guys....come on, no need for how many sorry words
The more important is that...it's nice to have you guys back... And of course I would never forget about you guys, you're my friends" I said
"I forgave you...even tho it was really all my fault that I let my stupid negative emotions get over me.." I added as I looked down
"Come on now Player, we don't want that to happen to u again
Say, let's just start the game and enjoy ourselves" my sis Dum told me while patting my back
"She's right you know" MrEgg agreed
"Thank u guys again,for everything,really...you're the best..."
