Chapter 5: Truths and Lies

~*Mira's POV*~

Today was the day. Today was the day I would man up and tell Hikaru and Kaoru about me being there that day. It just astonishes me how they still play the game. I began to put on the hideous uniform that I was forced to wear. Thanks a lot Kirito. I then did my normal morning routine, like brushing my hair, getting breakfast etc, etc. I was never really the type of person to wear makeup. I just felt as if someone putting on a bunch of cake powder wasn't that appealing.

I sighed and looked at my self in the mirror. I have too many secrets. Maybe one day people around me won't feel pain anymore. I guess it's too much to ask. Kirito came in and sighed, "The more you point out your flaws the more your going to be late, lets go." I nod my head in response and decide to ride the train today.

I buy my ticket and step on. Its really weird for me because I hate public places and being squished next to people is like weird and.....oh my talk about a hottie. I look to my left to see a really cute guy standing next to me wearing an Ouran uniform. I turn my attention away to him and then look down at my iPhone. Once again being the clumsy person I am, I trip and fall into some ones arms. That someone being the chunk of hotness I saw earlier. >///< Uh oh.... In my mind I started freaking out while I just sat there in the guys arms.

"Uh you okay?" I hear him ask as he puts me back on my two feet. "Oh! Yeah...uh, sorry..." I stutter. "You from Ouran?" He asks calmly then adds, "I'm new so I don't really know the place. But you know guess I'll have to figure out stuff all by myself, just me, all alone." Wow what a shallow way to ask some one for help. I sighed, "You could just ask if you need to be shown around, not that I'd be much help, since I just started a few days ago." "Wow really? "What's it like?" He asks. "Well....uh...half the people are idiots too worried about being in a relationship, but the classes are nice I..I guess, and the school, uh....well....." I reply then stop. "What come on it can't be that bad, tell me." He says eagerly. "Its pink, the school is pink and I have to wear this hideous uniform." I rant. He give me a look like "Oh hell no" and I just nod my head slowly. "Did you get in academically?" I questioned him. "Yep." He replies,"Did you?" "No, I had to work like three jobs just to get in though"I say and prepare to get off the train because the stop is soon.

"Which way do we go to get to school from here?" I hear the guy ask me then add, "What's your name anyway? I don't want to be murdered." "Yep because I'll totally kick your butt in a yellow puffy dress. By the way the names Mira, you?" "It's Akashi" he says with a grin. "Okay Akashi onwards! To the left!" I say with a smile and he heads right. "Okay!" he says and keeps walking. "Uh... your other left!" I say and he turns around, "I knew that I was just testing your attention skills. Hehehe." He says and rubs the back of his neck awkwardly.

Finally Akashi and I reach the high school with about twenty minutes to spare. I showed him to the front office to get his schedule. Turns out Akashi is a big flirt. Half the girls were giving me jealous glares while I just shrunk back and hid behind him. I hate attention it gives me anxiety and this kind made it worse. I took a look at Akashi's schedule and he ended up being in the same class as me. We walk into class 1A and I take my seat.

"Oh wow! Another new student! Please introduce yourself to the class. Oh! and don't forget to tell us a bit about yourself too!" I watched the teacher talk to Akashi as all the other girls (Except me and Haruhi) give him dreamy looks. I then hear Akashi speak. "Hey I'm Akashi Matsumoto and I hope we can become good friends. I like sports and not to forget the ladies." He says winking as all the girls get nosebleeds. I just face palm my head in the desk accidentally making a loud BANG. Then suddenly all eyes were on me. OKAY..... Mira stay calm! Stay calm! Play it off and act like you were badly injured so then everyone will fawn over how cute you are and then ask if you are okay. On that note I pretended to get teary eyed and I rubbed the top of my head. All of the class came over to comfort me say things like, "Oh no Mira! Are you alright!", "Are you hurt?!", "What happened?!" I wiped my fake teary eyes and replied, "Yes, yes I'm okay I just bumped my head." Everyone nodded while Hikaru, Kaoru, Haruhi, and Akashi stood there with a blunt look. I turned to them with a cheesy grin and just shrugged my shoulders. What can I say not my fault acting runs in the family.

After class the twins came up to me and Akashi because we were having a normal conversation. "Who is Akashi to you anyway Mira? Are you dating?", the say as all of the color drains from Me and Akashi's face. "No no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no!!!!!!!" We yell as the twins go around saying. "Mira has a boyfriend! Mira has a boyfriend!!!" Finally Haruhi got them to stop. Then I realized something. I was gonna tell the twins, about the day in the snow.......................

"Hikaru, Kaoru, can I talk to you alone for a moment?"
