So as Angelo and I are chit chatting, while Honey was on the phone speaking with the choir director for church next week debating on if the choir will be singing " Amazing grace" or "Jesus we love you".
" How much longer you plan on staying in Italy?, if you don't mind me asking." Angelo says
" well I'll only tell you since you seem genuine. Plus now I know who you are, we are staying for Four more days we just arrived today!" I respond
" Good to know!" He says
" what does that mean-are you planning on kidnapping me???" I ask sarcastically with a smile!
" no I would never do such a thing!" He says.
" okayy I believe you ... so I don't know how I persuaded you into actually getting me more mango gelato. You could've just given me a refund and closed down your shop?!"
" well that wouldn't be the right way to treat my new customer and guest to my hometown now would it?" He replied.
his smile is so handsome. Lord, I hope this man is Christian because it's giving Husband.... I'm kidding, sort of.
" okayy true true! And waittt you Were born here in Venice?!!!"
" yeah, I was my father is Italian-
But enough about me not to sound cliche but I wanna know more about you! We must've bumped into each other for a reason?!" He responds
" okay, I have two last questions!"
" alright...shoot!" He says while giving eye contact.
"Do you believe in God?" I ask
"Yes i do, I used to go to church and read my Bible a lot...but sadly Something's been holding me back and I've been slacking and haven't in a while! What about you?" He says
inner thoughts again: okay there's some potential... I will pray for him even if he isn't my husband, he seems like a kind person and he means well!
" yes I do God is my number one! Also, that's okay whenever you can, try and pray to God He is always listening... nothing can separate you from the love of Christ! Remember that!"
I respond....
" Thank-you I will try to again and wow That's good to hear, you seem like you truly love God it's a rare to meet people in this generation who are dedicated and aren't ashamed.. wait how old are you?"
He says
" Good.... and of course there are people dedicated out there in this generation you just gotta have discernment and know a person by the fruits they bare! Also, I was gonna ask you your age also"
"I'm 19 years old!" I say
" COSA!!!" Angelo says In Italian with a shocked face
I don't know if I should laugh or cry with his response but the look on his face makes me wanna crack up laughing please.
" wait- I'm im sorry I don't mean that in a bad way I'm thinking you are at-least 21 or 23you are settled and old school, don't get me wrong you look young but you seem to have a old school personality!" He responds
" Well The Man was too shooketh to speak!
you had me worried... I was thinking I looked really old whew... I mean I don't have any gray hairs right??!" I ask holding in my laugh
