Chpt. 6

"Alright, I think your ready to go!" The nurse said while getting up off of her chair.

"Okay," Tessa said and stood up grabbing Scott's hand. "Ready to go?"

"Yep!" Scott said excitedly.

"Well before you two leave there are some things we would need to go over," the nurse said. Tessa raised one eyebrow. "Well, I'm sorry Tessa but you know the rules. All sharp objects taken away, someone with you at all times and I would suggest having someone stay with you from school for a while," she explained. Tessa looked down at her feet.

"Got it," she said her mouth turning into a line.

"Hey look at me," Scott said. Tessa turned to look at him. "It's gonna be okay, I'll stay with you and your mom for a bit. I can handle stuff for you and I'll stay home from school, we will have your mom pick work up and we will work on it together," he looked her in the eyes. "Its gonna be okay, and I'll make sure we won't just be trapped at home. We will go out, I pinky promise," he stuck out his finger. Tessa took it smiling.

"Well, I will get the paperwork finished up for you two and you will be good to go. Do you have any questions before I leave?" The nurse said. Tessa shook her heads. They all walked out to the front lobby.

They hopped out of the car and stretched. Finally home. Tessa's face dropped when she saw Jayden standing at her front door with flowers.

"Shit," Tessa muttered hopping out of the car. She walked up to Jayden. "Hey, what are you doing here?" She asked. Jayden turned around.

"I came here to apologize, I was just rlly hurt in the moment and didn't mean it I was just angry. I hope you can forgive me," he said with a small smile. He glanced over Tessa's shoulder seeing Scott hop out of the car. He glared. "What's he doing here?" He said in an angry tone.

"Well Scotts staying with me while I'm waiting to go back to school," she said. Jayden's face darkened in anger.

"He's what," he asked jealousy and anger slowly building inside his chest, his hands clenching and unclenching.

"I'm not aloud to be left alone at all and my mom has to work so Scott will be staying with me 'till they get my meds situated,"

"Why didn't you just ask me!?"

"Because you just said that we were done after not listening to me and I was mad and didn't wanna talk to you,"

"How does that justify anything!"

"It justifies everything, I can't be alone, you were being an ass so I asked my best friend to stay with me! What more information do you need!"

"Oh god you're such a bitch,"

"What the fuck did you just call her?" Scott said anger rising in his voice.

"Oh don't fucking insert yourself into this mother fucker. You fucking kissed her so back the fuck up," Jayden responded. Scott then lifted his hand and punched Jayden across the face. Jayden slouched for a second touching his now bleeding lip and licked it, a evil grin grew across his face. Before anyone could react Jayden pounced on Scott pinning him to the ground and socking his face over and over again. "Don't fuck with me!" He shouted his fist now bloodied up.

"Jayden! Get the fuck off of him!" Tessa shouted. She tried over and over again to pull Jayden off but it wasn't working. He just kept going back. "Jayden if you don't stop I'm going to call the cops!" Tessa shouted. Jayden slowed his punching down he hopped off of Scott.

"Fuck you!" He shouted before walking off. Tessa jumped to the ground where Scott laid, his face bloodied and bruised.

"Oh god," she exclaimed.

"Am I alright?" He groaned.

"I think you'll be okay, let's get inside," Tessa said picking him up and bringing him inside.

"I'm sorry," Scott said as Tessa dabbed his face with a wet rag.

"For?"

"Ruining your relationship. It was fucked up of me to do that," he said looking straight down at the ground.

"It kinda was," Tessa's mom said.

"Mom!"

"What it's the truth. You were so fucking happy with Jayden and he kissed you, infront of him! I'm sorry but he could have just told you," she said shrugging her shoulders.

"Yeah she's right. I better get going," he said and before Tessa could react he was already out the door.
