karma saw the [hair color]-haired girl sitting and admiring the view from the cliff. the same cliff he jumped off of, a few days ago.
after debating himself, he decided to also sit on the ground close to her—accidentally snapping a twig in the process.
"holy shit, it's just you. you scared the life out of me." the girl said, looking as if her soul left her body.
"also skipped school assembly?" karma said with his signature smirk,
"is it not obvious?" the girl scoffed.
"do you always skip the school assembly?" he asked, ignoring the girl's question.
"not necessarily... just felt like doing it again this month."
"getting into e-class made you skip classes?" he had a smug expression,
"tsk, i could've done it before getting into e-class too."
"but you didn't.", "but i didn't." they said in unison,
"exactly." karma chuckled.
the girl, in response, just sarcastically smiled at him.
even though it felt as if they were once again as close as before, [first name] can't help but think and feel that karma's stopping himself—from saying stuff he 'shouldn't'.
after that exchange, no one really talked.

everytime [first name] takes glances on karma, he's just staring into nowhere.
was it finally time to at least let him know?
that day... the day [first name] was transferred to e-class, was also unexpectedly the day their relationship ended.
karma was left like a fool. as much as he hated to admit it, he waited. waited for countless of hours for [first name] to message him once again—for her to update him what it's like in the so-called 'end class'.
he thought that she would at least let her boyfriend know. but alas, no messages were given to him. not even the simplest 'good morning' she used to text him everyday was received from her.
and karma, he knows damn well that he's not the type to message first, even [first name] knew about this. although there were times—times where he was so tempted to press the send button for his message to be delivered, but never really got into doing it. maybe because he wanted to keep his cool persona to her?
