"It's a beautiful Sunday morning here in Monaco. The weather looks sunny and no clouds in sight. Knowing this would be a joyful race here." Crofty greets.

"A lot of celebrities might I say. I think I saw Chantelle Lavigne and Tom Cruise at one point." Martin comments, chuckling.

"It's 10 minutes till show time. I told George that if I finish top 5, he owes me £30." Lando says, grabbing his helmet and placing it onto his head.

"It's not gonna happen, Lando." George jokes as he straps his helmet to his liking.

"We'll see in an hour and a half then." he says.

I check the time and notice that a lot of people are going to the garage. "I left my sister with my dad in the garage. I'll head inside. Good luck boys! And nice to meet you, George." I say as I shake George's hand.

"It was nice to meet you too, Chan." he says.

I smile and walk back to the McLaren garage. An engineer gives me a headset to listen to the team radio. I thank him and take a seat next to Lea.

"How are they?" she asks, tilting her head on my shoulder.

"They're slightly nervous but in all they're okay and ready." I answer her question.

The race consisted a lot of people here in Monaco. Seats were full and the audience seemed much more enthusiastic. I could even spot some yachts full of family and friends as they look towards the track.

"Drivers are ready in their position. We can start off with the formation lap."

"May the best win." I mumble under my breath as I look at the screen.

The cars start to warm up their tires, keeping their position as they lap around the circuit.

When the Formation Lap stops, the lights begin to light up one by one.

"It's lights out and away we go!" the commentor shouts as the cars start accelerating and battling for pole position.

Lando quickly overtakes Lewis as Carlos overtakes George. The red car in front accelerates fast enough to lose the navy blue car behind.

"Leclerc seems to be determined to win his home race this year."

"That's what I thought, Martin. He seems more serious than usual."

The third lap encounters and an Aston Martin car crashes within the barricades.

"Are they okay? I saw an Aston Martin crash in my rear view mirror." Daniel speaks through the team radio.

"It's Seb. He's okay. He isn't injured or anything." the engineer replies.

"That's good to hear." Daniel says.

The race continues, but Max overtook Charles which brought him to second position while third position was in the hands of Checo. Daniel and Lando were both stuck in seventh and eighth since the track wasn't much helpful of overtaking.

Lewis takes a chance and swoops in front of Checo as Charles struggles on the 35th lap. Lewis continues speeding and reaches Charles, overtaking him as well.

On the 56th lap, George crashes in the barrier and a yellow flag waves with a safety car exiting the pit lane.

"Oh no! A Mercedes. Looks like George. He crashed on turn 6." Martin says as George climbs out of the car. He jumps over the car and waits for the safety car to pick him up.
