"There will be changes with the VVIP list."

"What?"

Amar couldn't help but ran off her way to the meeting hall and as soon as she opened the glass door, everyone was already there. She sat on her usual seat right next to the President as she looked over the file given to her by the president's secretary.

"You have to take double time re-arranging the VVIP program Ms. Rodriguez."

States Shin Hye Kyo as she played her extended nails smirking her way to Amar which Amar only shrugged and never gave back a single glance at her looking directly on the list of new VVIP.

"There's a total of 3 more VVIP; now what do you suggest?"

The president leaned on the table and looked stoically at Amar. Raising her eyes to the president, she gave back a stern look.

"Since we already decided on only giving time for the current VVIPs to speak, I'm thinking that we will have to give the new VVIPs time by the middle of the show—"

"Are you serious? We cannot delay their time and let the VVIPs' presence unknown by the first show-off. We will be the ones to suffer the consequences Ms. Rodriguez."

Shin Hye Kyo cuts as the other board directors agreed in unison as usual with the other lady.

"I will have to talk to them personally and let them know of the plans of giving them time by the middle-break of the show-off hwijangnim. If you allow me to do the rest, then I assure you of giving back good news by then."

Without giving a single glance at Shin Hye Kyo, Amar only was set to stare sternly at the President with her stern plans of having it her way.

"Are you nuts? We will have to offend the VVIPs just so we can follow your plans—"

"Watch your words Ms. Shin. You're an elegant lady and if you have better plans then let's hear it. You're the managerial head so we have to hear from you your ideas since it's you who should've seen these through before it got to this point where we have to rush on the last minute."

Everyone was silent as Amar and Shin Hye Kyo exchanged glares.

"We will have to extend the time for the VVIPs to speak by the first half of the show-off—"

"We cannot extend the time. we're already coming late by a second or two with just meeting over this issue and we cannot delay further the show-off."

Everyone was again silenced when the president spoke as he turned over to Amar giving her a gesture of telling her thoughts. Amar nodded slightly and stood from her seat.

"We can continue the show-off. I will have to take care of the new VVIPs for now. Mr. Kim, be on standby, I will have to call you the moment I settle things off with the VVIPs. Ms. Choi, I suggest you have to insert one more intermission before the official start of the show-off to buy us enough time—"

"I thought we don't have enough time why would you still buy enough time—"

"Ms. Shin Hye Kyo ma'am, I ask you to announce first-hand about some technical issues so that our audience would not take notice of the real issue inside. They'd give you full trust since you're the managerial head and you have enough visual to turn over their opinions. We have to buy enough time since we cannot afford to offend all our guests be it the VVIPs or not, as how you said it to be."

Once again, Shin Hye Kyo was only left glaring at Amar.

On the other hand, the President couldn't help but smile silently looking up to Amar as she bravely disputes each and every word of the other lady. He knew very well of how the two ladies never really had good impressions of each one and how all his employees take bias of the foreign lady. But he's more than amazed at how every time, Amar will always have the winning hand.

"Ms. Choi, take note of the intermissions. And Mrs. Joo, I want you inform all the behind-staffs for the short delay. We have to deal with them and fast, we don't want them confused of the sudden turn of tables, it'll be chaos if that happens. And Ms. Lee, here.."

Amar handed one lady a file where a new program is written as she quickly sets the big screen lit for everyone to see what the program entails.

"I created this program for emergency and unexpectedly we did have some internal issues. So I have here prepared a back-up program and everything I assigned you all earlier is in the program, the rest of what we have to do for the rest of the event is all in the program. There is not much change by the near end. The changes are only by the first pages so you might want to clearly take note of the little changes. I will have the President's secretary prepare enough copy for everyone as fast as possible. If you please, Ms. Soo."

Ms. Soo, the president's secretary was only left to nod at Amar even if she never like the foreign lady but knowing all too well how she is clever enough to handle these type of things plus how the President will only follow suit with her, she accepted Amar's work for her.

"Then we're settled here. All we have left to do is the settle the VVIPs."

Amar looked at the now smiling President as everyone sat with genuine shock witnessing a never before seen moment of the president smiling for the first in front of them.

"Then we're all set. Commence the show-off in 30 minutes."

Everyone stated their agreement to the president and one-by-one they strode off the office with still shocked faces leaving the president and Amar in the wide office.

"You're good enough to be the president now."

Amar rolled her eyes and sat as she massaged her temples lightly having her head in mess with the sudden issues to deal with.

"Then step down and name me the president now you good for nothing prick."

And the guy then laughed out as staffs from outside and nearby the meeting hall was left appalled hearing the laughter of the ever stoic president. Never in their years of working in his company that they saw or hear his laughter. His smile alone is a great shock, but then he's laughing?

"You're becoming more and more aggressive and ambitious there little lady."

"What about you think of ways to handle these things easier. I fully know you have something there and you really just let me talk my ass and have my brain all emptied with your company's problems?"

The guy only chuckled at how the lady was complaining with her brows furrowed hard and her eyes piercing and glaring at him.

"The year-end bonus will be given earlier and I'd hand you yours the earliest—"

"Oh Mr. President, you don't have to think. Let this humble one handle everything okay. And thank you for being always generous, keep it up. I'll take my leave then."

Amar strode off as again, the guy was left chuckling at the lady's brazen front.

After they took all the time reading manga the last night, the guy insisted they'd go to a coffee house which of course; no choice, Amar just followed suit. They just talked about nonsensical things and argued just there and always end up having him laughing his ass out as Amar was only left with all the annoyance there is to feel. He did enjoy the short moment with her and he for sure know he'd want it to happen again.
