summary: you and your boyfriend brady spend a day at the beach together.

brady was gonna pick you up soon to go to the beach ,you had already changed into your bathing suit and paired some denim shorts on top. (or anything else if you arent comfortable!)

you got your tote bag ready until you hear the doorbell ring , you head downstairs and open the door to reveal brady standing there.

"hey love" he grinned , pulling you in for a hug "hi brady" you smile as you hugged him back.

he took your hand as you walked to his car , he opens the door for you "gentleman" you chuckle as you get in the car.

he walks to the other side and gets in the drivers seat , then he starts driving.

"see i trust your music taste , so you get aux this time" he said handing you the aux , his eyes still on the road.

"yeah i do have amazing music taste" you agreed , he lightly shakes his head and smiles.

you play your favorite songs on the way , you and brady screaming all the lyrics at the top of your lungs.

you finally got to the beach , it was completely empty which is why you and brady always come here , peace and quiet.

you both get out of the car and walk to the beach. it was almost sunset , so it was the perfect time. you put your tote bag down.

"lets get in the water" brady suggested , "already? i figured we were gonna chill here for a bit" you responded ,patting a spot on the sand.

"yes already" he said , you smile and roll your eyes playfully , taking your denim shorts off.

he grabs your hand immediately pulling you along with him as he ran towards the water.

you felt the wind on your face as you and brady were running and laughing , slowing down as you got closer.

you both swam until you were about waist length deep into the water , brady swam closer to you.

you thought he was gonna kiss you , instead he splashed you.

"no you didn't" you said , your face soaked.

"yes i did" he said dramatically, "brady i swear to god" you muttered before tackling him down causing him to go under the water.

you laugh as he swam up , "i thought you were gonna drown me!" he chuckled as he flipped his hair back.

you couldn't stop smiling , not because of the joke but because of how pretty he looked.

you stare into his eyes , not realizing what you were doing.

"y/n/n?" brady said waving a hand in front of your face.

"oh..yeah?" you responded, snapping out of it.

"did i mesmerize you?" he said in an awfully cocky tone , "oh shut up" you replied.

"did i?" he asked , slightly tilting his head.

"maybe" you answered , tilting your head to match his energy.

he smiled and moved closer to you , putting his hand around your waist.

you both smile , he leans in to kiss you.

he puts his hand on your cheek and you move closer.

it was perfect , everything was. down to the last minute.

the sun was setting , you could feel the butterflies in your stomach as he tightened his grip on your waist.

you smile into the kiss before you both pulled away , "race you to the shore" you blurted out before running.

"HEY THATS NOT FAIR" he yelled , running behind you.

you can't stop laughing as you run , out of breath when you reach to the shore.

you put your hands on your knees and bend down to catch your breath , brady catching up just in time.

you dramatically fall to the ground , breathing heavily from how tired you got.

"you're so dramatic" brady chuckled under his breath , "baby , why didn't you tell me running in water is this exhausting" you groaned looking at him.

"you're lucky you're athletic" you said to him , he smiled before picking you up and throwing you over his shoulder as he walked back to where you two set your stuff up.

"better?" he grinned putting you down , "much better" you smiled as you put your hands on your hips.

"now let's eat i'm starving" brady said sitting down , "i brought some snacks" you replied , rummaging through your tote bag.

you pulled out hot cheetos , sour candy , 2 cans of coke.

"really? this is your idea of what to bring for the beach" he laughed , "yes it is" you replied.

"i brought healthy stuff because i knew you were gonna be annoying about it" you smiled as you pulled out a lunchbox which contained fruits and vegetables.

"i didn't annoy you about it!" he shot back , "just eat!" you grinned.

you ate some candy and fruit while brady had vegetables and cheetos.

you put your head on his shoulder as you watched the beautiful view of the sunset.

he pulled you closer to him and planted a kiss on your forehead.

you sat there in comfortable silence , enjoying each others presence.
