vance hopper x y/n

starting school!

y/n woke up to the loud sound of her alarm clock going off at 7am for school, it was the first day back from from the holidays.

-groaning- she slams her hand down on the alarm "for f*uck sake!" y/n said as she got up from her bed, Getting up and going to the bathroom to brush her teeth and do her makeup she went back into her room to get changed into clothes *anything u have in mind*

When she's finished getting ready she slowly goes downstairs making sure to not make too much noise to annoy her dad.

-Y/N POV-
i slowly went down the stairs greeting finney with a smile while going to make some toast to eat before we left.
soon after we finished we headed out to start walking to school.

"soo.. you excited for the first day back" i said smiling, "not really" finney mumbled back.
"why not? it'll be fine i'll make sure no one tries to even touch u! and plus u have robin you'll be fine!" "i guess so" he said back.

rolling my eyes we walked into school.
"bye finney!" i said as i walked over to billy.

"hey, how was ur holidays?" billy said,
"fine abit boring but you know" i said back.
we started to head to first period but we had to split up as he wasn't in my class.
being abit late i started to speed walk accidently bumping into moose. the schools 2nd asshole, vance being first. "hey watch where your going slut!" he said to me angrily, "i'm not a slut u dick and u could've moved out the way!" i said back in a louder voice. i wasn't the strongest but i knew how to fight and that's why people didn't really mess with finney, but moose wouldn't of cared about me being able to fight, he's a dick and wouldn't stop for anything. "fuck you say to me?!" he said. it was 8am i wasn't gonna fight at that time so instead i just rolled my eyes and headed to my class.

"y/n your late!" she stated the obvious, "i know i'm sorry" i calmly said, scanning the room for a seat, i looked around finding none accept one next to vance.

i signed as i walked over and sat down. i hated vance, last year he beat up finney real bad for accidentally bumping into him. and don't think i haven't been in a fight with him. last summer i was walking into the grab n go with billy just wanted to get some snacks for us, going round being close to vance playing pinball, billy accidentally pushed me into him. let's just say i ended up in HOSPITAL.

anyways i sat down and just zoned out for abit until the teacher said we needed to partner up for a project. i didn't really care but when we was told what we had to do vance said "do the project then you fucking bitch" i looked over at him angrily "fuck no do you think i'm doing the project with you" i angrily said back. he just glared at me as i rolled my eyes.

as soon as the bell rang i was the first out of the class to go and catch up with billy.
"hey billy!" "oh hey y/n!" he said back "guess what, my teacher partnered me with vance to do a dumb project." i said calmly "oh" he said smiling, " why are you smiling?", "oh nothing just maybe u have a little crush on him, i've seen how you look at him" he said, i got angry because i have never ever looked at vance like that or even had a thought about ever liking him, he was an ass.
-time skip-

at the end of the day i opened the school doors to leave when i started hearing people chant "fight! fight!" i quickly ran over to where finney and gwen was standing and looked over. It was robin and moose about to fight. i signed and said "moose deserves to get his ass kicked!" finney just stood there in disappointment, before you knew it they was fighting and of course robin won.
me finney and gwenny started to walk away.
"bye guys! im staying at stacey's tonight" gwen said, "what why it's monday?? i said confused
"oh she needs some tutoring" i was abit confused because gwen wasn't the smartest but i shrugged it off and just walked with finney.
we turned a corner and i accidentally bumped into vance.
"HEY! watch where your walking you whore!" he snapped at me. i was used to him calling me names but whore? he has never which made me angry, "im not a whore you dick!" i said.
finney was pulling on my shirt signalling to keep on walking away but i just stood there glaring at vance, he had a smirk of his face because he enjoyed making me angry.
eventually i just walked away.

When we got home i took my shoes off and just went straight up to my bed and fell asleep. i didn't have much friends to hang out with so i had nothing else to do.

-next morning-
i woke up again feeling randomly happy so i quickly just did my morning routine and got dressed, today i wore *whatevers in mind* and headed downstairs to eat breakfast.
today i decided to ride my bike to school with billy. when we got there i looked over at vance and his friend group, for some reason he was smiling at me but of course i gave him a dirty look which made him stop.

-time skip-
it was lunch so me and billy went to the canteen,
the whole time vances friend group was staring at me, weird. "why are they staring at me" i said to billy "i don't know" he said back.

vance then came over to us and handed me a note without saying a word. the note read *meet me in the upstairs bathroom* i felt weird and showed billy asking if i should, he nodded "go see what he wants" he said. when the bell rang everyone was getting up and i could no longer see vance and his friends.

Going up the stairs i entered the bathroom to find vance and his friends standing there. i had a confused look on my face while they was all grinning "what the fuck do you want vance" i snapped getting angry. "well isn't she desperate"
"yeah what a slut" his friends started to say.
"what do you mean i fucking hate vance you think i wanna be here right now" i don't know why but saying that made vances smirk drop alittle. i left as soon as possible.

now i may hate vance but he was very good looking. (🤭🤭)

being set up by him did hurt alittle but i wasn't gonna show that because that's what he wanted.
