Chun-Li and Po-Lin were heading to the New Metro branch of the US Post Service.
Chun-Li: So, one of the Inner Demons was caught, but he didn't talk as usual. Po-Lin: I don't know what Mr. Negative does to the people, but they are very loyal and hard to harm.
Po-Lin showed a specialized key, but somewhat old. Chun-Li then analyzed the key and noticed "USPS" engraved on it.
Po-Lin: When Officer Lucia frisked a Demon, we found this key on his person. Chun-Li: Mr. Negative can corrupt anyone with his powers (thinking: Much like M.Bison) there's a slight possibility that the Inner Demons are infiltrated inside the Postal Service. We must be on our guard.
The pair of women arrived to the Postal Inspection Office and notices a female agent. She was thrilled to see Chun-Li
USPIS Agent: The Shield Agent Chun-Li! Chun-Li: Excuse me? USPIS Agent: I gotta say, it's well... a pleasure. I'm so thrilled of seeing field agents. Sorry. Not every day we get a visit from the Strongest Woman in the World and carrier of Captain America's shield! Chun-Li: (feeling awkward) well... thank you USPIS Agent: Welcome to the United States Postal Inspection Service, founded by Benjamin Franklin in 1772. Where are my manners? I'm Agent Darleene Decker at your service. You can call me Darlene. Well... I understand you need our help from your brothers, right? Po-Lin: Brothers? Darlene : Law enforcement brothers. We're a federal agency and you're Interpol Chun-Li: I understand you take care as a federal law enforcement agency from mail fraud to drugs and shipments of contraband crops and weapons. One of the Inner Demons had this with him.

Darlene: Hmm... these are used to open a certain type of mailbox which we actually haven't used in years. However there are a few in town that never were removed. Real classics. Chun-Li: We don't care who gets the credit for the arrests, if any, but we need to find these thugs and stop an upcoming gang war before it happens. Could you help us? Darlene: Don't you worry, Agent Rogers. I'll find out where they are located and we'll send you the locations. Chun-Li: You can call me Chun-Li Zang. Darlene gave them the addresses as soon as they were printed on their offices. Then Chun-Li does a cross-reference from what she knew about the Inner Demons and the mailbox's addresses, taking to account the data gathered about Union Allied Constructions and Consolidating Shipping
Chun-Li: Hmm. The only mailbox that seems to be matching the closed Union Allied Tower. Po-Lin: Fisk's building?! Wasn't that the place where Kingpin died?
Chun-Li remembers that she arrested Wilson Fisk, but Fisk was killed by a ninja of The Hand while he was under Chun-Li's watch.
Chun-Li: I'd rather not talk about it. We must go to the Mail Box location! Darlene: Umm. Could we take a selfie? Chun-Li: Yeah, sure.
