Aiden's POV
Waking up at seven a.m. sucks and socializing with people my age sucks worse but graduation is in three months and I'm almost done.
Walking up to my locker I see my girlfriend Ivy waiting against it for me, a small smile on her lips. Next to her is Asher, my best friend.
"What's up buttercup?" I ask as I swoop Ivy into a hug, causing her to chuckle.
"Nothing much, how about you birthday boy?" she smiles.
"It's not my birthday yet, three days left and then I'll finally be eighteen." I remind.
"Oh I'm great too, thank you for remembering me." he says dramatically. He never fails to amuse and annoy me.
Rolling my eyes I ignore his sarcasm and open my locker, getting out my math and english textbooks and stuffing them in my bag.
The bell ringing causes me to look at the two next to me. "I'll see you later?" I ask Ivy.
"Of course." She leaned up and pecked my cheek. "I love you, see you in third period."
"I love you too, man. I'll see you in second period." Asher said in a sarcastic manner, puckering his lips. I think it's his default setting to be an ass.
"Yeah yeah, go away." I shove him away from me and close my locker.
Walking down the hallway to class after the bell rang makes it easier because the walkways are nearly empty which means, there was no way I should've ran into somebody. But I did.
Looking up from my position on the ground, I barely catch a glimpse at her before she turns the corner. All I saw was purple tipped hair and tattoos on her arm. I'd like to say I'm a semi-social person and I've never seen her.
My head is still wondering about this girl through my first class, second, and into the third. Almost half my day is spent thinking about this girl and no one else has seen her. People looked at me like I was crazy when I explained her because they've never seen a girl with purple hair.
It was halfway through English listening to Mr. Sanders drone on about something when I glimpsed her again walking through the hall. I pointed her out to Ash and Ivy and neither of them could see her.
Ivy started to look a tad bit annoyed that I kept bringing her up so I refrained from saying anything again and continued the debate in my head. Ash had asked me if she was hot repeatedly and that he wished he could see her if she was indeed hot.
By the end of fourth period I had seen her roughly five times. Once for every class so far and I never saw her face but she looks like she's on the taller side and she looks very athletic. I just need a face to the body because it's quite frustrating not knowing what someone looks like.
I'm so stuck in my thoughts that I don't hear the people walking up to me till it's too late. Getting a playful shove in the shoulder brings me out of my thoughts. Standing before me is my little sister Zara with Ivy and Ash.
"I heard you've been seeing things big brother?" Zara taunts. "Some imaginary girl?" Though she taunted she had a curious gleam to her eyes. She loved secrets, thrived on them.
"I thought I did but maybe I really didn't." I totally did though. "I don't know how my imagination would've thought her up though, I'm creative but not that creative." Totally not that creative because I would've never come up with a girl who looked like her.
"Is my boyfriend thinking about another girl?" Ivy asks me with a slight edge to her voice but a smile on her face. Ivy has always been a super possessive person and never liked it when a girl would so much as innocently allow me to borrow her notes.
