Imagine Person A is a superhero and Person B is a villain and they constantly fight each other. One day they meet outside of their costumes and agree to go on a date. They have very different views but they can see it's because of things from their respective pasts that changed them. They fall in love. One day B (the villain) seriously injures A while they're fighting. B triumphantly approaches A and pulls off their mask only to look down on the face of their lover.
