THE PARTY AND EVE SIT ON THE BLEACHERS, hoping the adults get back quickly, Eve knows it's gonna be awhile, but she needs to hold on to hope right now.
Mike's knee bounces up and down in anticipation, constantly checking his watch. Finally having enough he gets up and storms towards the door, making Eve jolt awake from the abrupt movement.
Mike shoves the door open to the outside. "Nancy? Jonathan?" He yells looking for them but doesn't see them nor their car.
Mike comes back. "They're gone." He states walking towards them.
"What?" Lucas asks.
"Nancy and Jonathan. His car's gone." Mike clarifies.
"They're probably just sucking face somewhere" Dustin replies lazily.
Both Lucas and Mike's face scrunched up in disgust.
"Gross." Lucas comments.
"No. No way!" Mike yells, absolutely disgusted with Dustin's comment.
"Did they go with the chief?" Dustin asks again.
"I don't know!" Mike says, raising his voice.
Eve closes her eyes and uses her powers to find them, once she felt them their life force tugging as they go farther away.
"No." Eve states.
"What? Did you see them? Do you know where they went?" Mike asks in concern for his sister's safety.
"Yes."
"Where? Where did they go?" Mike questions her.
"Demogorgon." Eve says simply. The boys share a look with each other that's saying 'Well shit.' ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ FEW MOMENTS LATER...
"Guys, guys!" Mike says to the rest of the boys, Eve sits in a tight ball holding her legs close to herself. "This is crazy. We can't just wait around."
"Mike." Lucas breathes in annoyance. "In case you forgot, we're still fugitives. The bad men are still looking for us."
"Yeah, and we don't even know where your sister is." Dustin jumps in.
"Eve can find them." Mike argues, gesturing towards her.
"Mike, look at her. She's drained! I still think we should stick to the chief's plan." Dustin suggests.
"Exactly. We stay here, keep Eve out of sight and keep her safe." Lucas states.
"That's the most important thing, remember?" He concludes to Mike. "Besides, she's okay. She's with Jonathan."
"Yeah, and she's kind of a badass now, so..." Dustin jumps in, walking away toward the door.
"Well, where are you going? You just said stick to the plan!" Mike exclaims after him.
