"y'all I swear to god if my package dosnt arive today, authorities will be contacted" Chris said while sitting down at the lunch table with the rest if the group. I didn't respond, Just gave him a half smile to acknowledge him. "what's wrong Ivy?" nick asked while nearly checking on his water. "She's just cranky because she has to go to her stepsisters wedding tonight." Matt said. "Why is it at night?" Chris asked. "I don't know they wanted it to be aesthetic or something." I said. "I still don't get why you're upset" Nick said. "Because ill be lonely, Im not close with that side of my family." "Then we'll come with you, if you're stepsisters cool with it." Nick protested "oh my god yes please" I exmalioed. "Okay good Just ask your stepsister and text us to let us know what she says." Nick added. "Okay, I feel so much better now not guna lie" I said while taking a bite of my mac & cheese.

As I got home from school I immediately went to the cupboard to get some gold fish. "hi honey, how was school?" my mom asked while putting her purse on the counter. "good, i'm going to ask Olivia (the step sister) If I can bring a few friends to her wedding." I said. "That sounds like a good idea, let me know if you need anything." My mom spoke. "okay, thank you." I responded while walking up the stairs to my room. I immediately fell onto my bed and let out a huge sigh. I went to text my stepsister to ask the question. I then got out my laptop and began to start in some homework. Geometry. Good god someone kill me. I was completely stuck on a question so I went to go text nick and ask.

I put down my phone and decided to start getting ready. I have 2 1/2 hours to get all situated. I started to do my makeup. It can't be anything to special though so the attention doesn't go off the bride. I did a "no makeup makeup look." I went to my closet to get the bridesmaid dress my stepsister had given me in advance. It was pretty cute ngl. I put on pretty little liars while I curled my hair. Once I got all ready I put on the dress, grabbed my bad and met my mom in the car. I texted the group chat to let them know.
As soon as I got there the first person I see is Stella. She was horrible to me in middle school. hopefully she's changed. we lock eyes and she starts walking up to me. "oh hey Ivy, didn't think you would show up." she said to me as she smiled. That same smile that she would use right after saying the most shiftiest things all throughout the years. I mean... I hate matt but wow she is 10x worse than him. "yeah we'll..." I awkwardly said, trying to get out of the conversation. Thankfully I hear 4 familiar voices calling to me from behind. "holly fuck thank god y'all are here" I said running up to them. Matt looks at me for an odd amount of time. The group notices. Jordan breaks the silence. "I'm honestly so exited" he says. "same ong" Chris's reply's.
I'm just hoping for a stress free night with no drama, stress or angst.
