Lizete's pov*
After we won the World Cup Cristiano, Lacey, junior and I were in Madrid. Coach welcomed me back to the team. It's been 2 years since I was in the US. Lacey has gotten big since we were in the US.
I grabbed a glass of water and sat down at the table as my 3 year old daughter walked over and began to talk gibberish. I laughed at Lacey as I placed down my glass and picked up Lacey
"Your so beautiful.." I smiled as Lacey's green eyes popped off her smile
I gave Lacey a kiss and placed her down beside junior.
My phone started to buzz from a distance.
"hello?" I answered
"listen here Lizete.. I'm still mad at you for taking Cristiano away from me."
"Irina?" I said as I raised my eyebrow
"you better watch your back Calisto."
"H-hello?" I said as I check my screen
She hung up on me..
"Who was that?" Cristiano asked as he walked into the room
"Oh nobody." I said as I place my phone in my pocket
Cristiano raised his eyebrow as he gave me a quick peck on the lips.
I bit my lip and sat down on the couch If Irina lays one finger on my 'family' she will wish she was never born.
I watched as junior and Lacey played, it was so peaceful that she isn't a infant anymore. Cristiano sat beside me and played with my hair
I gave Cristiano a weak smile
"Something wrong." Cristiano said as he stopped playing with my hair
I sighed as I glared at Cristiano
"I'm fine." I said as I smiled at Cristiano
"Just gotta watch my back." I said as Cristiano raised his eyebrow
I gave out a sigh
"Alright, well Irina called me.." I said as Cristiano frowned
"What did she want!" Cristiano spat
"She told me to watch my back, and from taking you away from her.."
Cristiano placed his head between his palms and sighed
I glared at Lacey, if she EVER touches or even threaten people I love. She'd wish she was never born..
"I'm so sleepy." I said as I leaned my head on Cristiano's shoulder
"Let's just stay home today." Cristiano said as he held me close
"Okay."

Cristiano's pov*
I told Irina to never contact us ever again. Lizete is very jumpy lately ever since Irina has threatened her.
We've done the usual, go to practice and care for each other. Lacey and junior get bigger and bigger each day. No matter what Irina is planing.. I'll protect my daughter and son no matter what even if I have to die.
I watched as Lizete scrolled through her phone. She seemed calm but frightened.
Everything seems normal besides Lizete's actions.
"I'm gonna head to practice now.." I informed as I gave Lizete a kiss
"Alright. Drive safe" Lizete replied as she laid down on the couch.

I arrived at practice same old same old. Lizete is taking a maternity leave.
"Lizete still not coming?" Gareth asked as we both ran laps
"No.. She's still jumpy and also watching Lacey and junior.
"Is she missing the game?" Gareth asked as we turned the corner
"well she's coming back when Lacey is about 7 years old. She never let's Lacey or junior out if her sight." I said as I rested my hands on my head
"DUDE! That's so long We need her! How old is Lacey again?" Gareth asked as he took a sip of his water
"Lacey is 3 years old, so she'll be coming back in 2 years" I replied
"Her birthday is comin' up? Gareth asked
"Yeah, just a small get together." I replied
"Ah. When's her birthday?" Gareth asked as he tied his shoes
"In a week." I replied
"oh."

I have a huge art project.
So I'm gonna speed up time.
Lacey is probably gonna be 7 in the upcoming 2 chapters
