Ingredients200 g Soba Noodles3 Egg, whisked10 Shrimp, peeled and remove the vein1 tbsp, minced Ginger3 lb Cabbage, cut it in strips1 green bell pepper, cut it in stripsSeasoning2 tsp. Sauce Grandmaster Simple Secret Soy Sauce1 tsp. Abalone Oyster SauceJade Bridge Dark Soy Sauce1 tsp. Salt1 tsp. Black pepperCooking oil
1. Rinsed soba noodles with cold water after boiling
2. Add 2 tbsp cooking oil in a small nonstick pan over medium heat. Add the eggs to the center of the pan and then using a rubber spatula, gently push the eggs around in circle. Remove the egg pancake from the heat and cut it in strips.
3. Pour 2 tbsp cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add in minced ginger until fragrant and then add in shrimp to stir-fry.
