Ingredients

3 Boneless chicken drumstick, rinsed1 tsp garlic, choppedSeasoning1 tsp Simple Secret Soy Sauce1 tsp Jade Bridge Superior Dark Soy Sauce1 tsp cooking wine1 tsp black pepper1 tsp honey1 tsp saltHalf bowl of water

1. In a bowl, add in garlic, cooking oil, salt, black pepper and chicken drumstick, mix well and marinate for 30 mins.

2. Mix Sauce Grandmaster Simple Secret Soy Sauce, abalone Oyster Sauce, Jade Bridge Superior Dark Soy, honey and water evenly.

3. Heat cooking oil, fry the skin of chicken drumstick first and then fry another side. Add in seasonings when both side are golden.

4. Simmer until the sauce thickens, then remove from pan. Serve with sesame.
