|Sanzu POV|

I woke up happy snice today was the only day I was allowed to do whatever I wanted to do, and I didn't have to do work. Like usual, I pulled the covers off and got out of bed my feet touched the cold floor which made me shiver a bit I quickly made my bed and walked across the room too grab something as I walked I went past my mirror.

I looked at myself 'what fluffy fox tail and ears I got' I chuckled till I thought for a second 'wait what' "HUH?!?!?" I screamed I touched them to see is it was real. They looked fluffy and they were the same shade of pink as my hair, my nail had grown longer and shaper. I had fangs as well, under my eyes were a red eye liner, I tried to rub it off. keyword tried it didn't come off, I just sighed and walked to my secret box which held the neck lace it had a kitsune on it (picture down below) dose mum know something I don't.

I put the necklace on in front of the mirror and in a blinked they were gone both my ears and tail, but my nail and fangs still stayed but that didn't matter I was confused I looked around my body.

Sanzu blinked confused but Then in a flash he was surrounded by Sakura tree "WHAT THE FU-" he yelled before getting cut off in the corner of hid eye he saw "m-mum!" he looked shocked his eyes were starting to water "how? why? but?" he had all these questions running through his brain. He ran and hugged her like she will vanish once again, and she giggled at this and wrapped her arms around him "my little Haru has grown up well" his grip went tighter around his mother.

When he looked at her, she looked different her hair was styled into a long braid with lotus in her hair she had a small figure, but she also had sharp like eyes which were a smoky grey colour like Sanzu, but they also changed but instead of a goldish yellow colour or bright green it was purple and pink. He looked up and saw what confused him "you have them too" he asked in confusion as he pointed at the fox-like ears and tail.

She was confused till it clinked "of course so my prediction was correct" she mumbled well she had her fingers holding her chin like she is thinking "huh" Haruchiyo said while tilting his head in a confused way "Oh, right let me explain" she yelled in excitement she sat on the floor dragging her son down with her she crossed her legs and placed haru head on her lap.

"Let me tell you a story, one that my mother told me who her mother told her and the story that was told through generations" calmly stated

"Thousands of years ago this land was home to all species like humans, kitsunes, dragons, elves, fairies, mermaids, sirens and many more all lived in harmony till humans envy those who possessed magic or was different, they grew hunger for power, they began to abuse the power when they found weakness to the others, they put them into hiding and hid from the world in fear.

Dragons and kitsunes were treated like royals, those who need it they would help, They made sure their own kinds and others were safe. They were the strongest they were practically gods but their only weaknesses were Nichirin (I didn't have an idea so I just used what demons were killed with from demon slayer). But they were all nearly put to extinction so with the rest of their power before they were killed they made a message to those were left hiding "go and find a blue spider lily and a drop of blood from a dragon find a blood red glass stone and lastly a true tear from a kitsune and you will be able to have your freedom in jiyuu a Magical place where all the other species had gone to survive and live in harmony once again."

"But finding a dragon and a kitsune were hard as well as both kinds had usually hated each other, and never really got along. But they never said there hasn't been any friendship or relationship between the two species it's just never really seen"

"But Once your 17 your true form will be shown to the naked eye, to hide this you need a specific material to wear with you to keep it hidden, otherwise you could end up being killed by humans."

"Me and you are one of these haru" she explained while she looked at Haruchiyo shocked face.

"HUH?!?!?" he yelled well looking at his mother's face "what do you mean, you can't just that like its normal" "I mean to us it's kind of is" his mother responded. Haru just sighed "oh well its just hard to believe that all this time I've haven't been human"

"Wait- I just realized HOW AM I TALKING TO YOU??" he yelled in realization. His mother giggled "you're talking to my spirit before I rest for ever" Haruchiyo looked at her with sad eyes "I see" he whispered, his mother looked at him and hugged him

"It's okay my little lotus we will meet again in another life, I never regrated having you as my child, your brought happiness to my life if I got to choose to be a mother again in my next life I would choose you. Live a life you want Haruchiyo and find jiyuu I will always be watching from above I love you my little louts" she says and kissed his forehead while she fades till she finally disappears.

Haruchiyo had tears rolling down his face while he wipes them off harshly and looks up and finds himself in his bedroom he was determined to find jiyuu and grant his mother last request.

He must find jiyuu.
