Year 1866
Harry keeps his hands on his waist as he stares at his new home. The stone bricks free of any wild plant, the garden was properly tamed, being an ex governor had some cons too. He had retired from his position recently moving from Los Angeles to here, the quiet countryside of Dallas,Texas.
He was offered to be a senator in here but Harry was done with politics. With the amount of money he had his future generations could easily be fed. Though he doubts there'd be any future generation because of his loneliness.
At the age of thirty eight he was sporting a bruised heart, there was anger inside him but most of all was covered with betrayal.
Four years ago, while he was preparing a divorce with his now ex wife, his lover and fiancé of that time had already eloped with a guard, Niall Horan. Harry was furious as he entered inside the brothel, asking everyone where he was but no one opened their mouths. The headmistress was ashamed when she informed him about the missing prostitute.
Harry was stupid to even believe someone like Louis, now that he thinks about it, Maybe Louis didn't loved him at all. The boy's behaviour was all a façade, the innocence, the fake love, everything. All the times that he claimed he's missed Harry instead he was out fucking the guard.
While Harry gave him everything Louis returned it back with a punch of betrayal.
He sighed double checking the iron gates before deciding to go for shopping, his fridge needed to be restocked.

"Mister! Mister! Your wallet fe' down!" A tiny voice claims stopping Harry on his tracks, he turns to find a little girl with two curly pony tails staring at him with big green eyes, there was a familiarity in her features which he couldn't pinpoint at. She was chubby with ruddy red cheeks and a button nose, tiny thin lips spread in a smile. Dimples on each cheek.
Even as small as she was, the girl was beautiful and very cute. Harry's heart immediately warmed up as he leaned down to grab his wallet from her tiny hands.
"Thank you, little miss." Her cheeks redden and she shrugged her tiny shoulders in a delicate move which reminded Harry of someone, he really should stop thinking about his horrible ex lover.
"You're welcome, Mister."
"Where's your mumma. Little one?" Her eerily familiar green eyes widens up, "Oh he'd be searching for me! Bye bye mister!" She yelps before her tiny legs are taking off, Harry chuckles at her antics realising that he haven't laughed like this in such a long time.
When he grabs the meat and the fish the smile doesn't slip off his lips, not until he's back at home when the loneliness creeps in. He'd love to have a daughter like that albeit with blue eyes— he huffs, Harry could never Hate Louis, a part of him was angry who loathed the boy but the bigger part of his heart still believes that Louis might have a reason to disappear, it still beats for the crinkly eyed angel.
Today when he saw the little girl in the market, suddenly it felt like he'd known her since way long the way the shape of her eyes and her tiny button nose looked like, the tiny edge of her chin reminded him of Louis.
Harry was done preparing his supper when the doorbell rings, his brows furrow up before he's advancing towards the door. When he opens up there's no one at his eye level,
"Oh mister it's you!" A voice exclaims and Harry looks down to see the little girl from the store, his face splits in a smile as he eyes the dish in her tiny hands. "Hello there, love." He coos and the blush on her face makes his heart throb, "Is this for me?" He asks and the girl's green eyes widens as if she just realised it,
