A cat flickered out of the shadows, their body moving as fast as lightning. Cinderfrost was ready. She twisted around and raked her claws along their flank, feeling warm blood splatter her foreleg. The cat fell to the side, momentarily shocked by her speedy attack. Cinderfrost took the opportunity, landing a blow across their face. Their head snapped back from the force of her strike. With a neat kick to the leg, her attacker was on her back, with one of Cinderfrost's paws to their throat. She took the stranger in. Fierce amber eyes stared back at her, full of anger and fire which she could only recognize as the dark tabby she-cat, Jess.

"Look who's come to pay a little visit." Cinderfrost purred, pleased when she saw a flash of fear in her gaze. She extended a claw and ran it slightly along Jess's throat. "I wonder how I should kill you. Slowly or quickly, hm?"

Jess struggled underneath her, her hindlegs desperately scrabbling at her underbelly as she tried to escape. "Stop that." Cinderfrost's sickly sweet tone turned to ice. She sliced a claw across the brown tabby's muzzle. Blood gushed from the wound and onto the hard ground.

"You'll pay for what you did to my brother!" Jess spat, her bloody face contorted with rage.

"Oh, your brother Lynx? You know what, maybe you were both destined to die the same death, beneath my claws."

Jess's furious gaze only hardened. "I'm going to kill you, no matter what you do."

"Oh yeah?" Cinderfrost put a paw to the she-cat's head and slowly pushed her muzzle into the ground. One amber eye, narrowed with rage, glared up at her. "I seem to have found a solution for dealing with cats like you." She raised a paw, claws unsheathed and glittering dangerously in the moonlight. Her voice became quieter and more threatening. "Take it all in. After this you will never see the moonlight again."

When the first blow struck, an ear splitting shriek shattered the silent city.

And another.

And another.

And another.

The wails became quieter until they were no more. The dark tabby she-cat lay still on the concrete. Crimson blood covered her face, her eyes, and her muzzle. The ground was also splattered with blood. Cinderfrost backed away from the she-cat, drawing a tongue across her bloody paw. The blood tasted salty and metallic in her mouth. Jess whimpered. She ignored the she-cat, turning away from the bloodied ground and continuing home, only pausing to wipe her paw on a patch of grass.

Well that was bloody. Cinder is a little crazy if you ask me... I will be updating less because I am starting school again.
