"care to explain, seo aera?"
aera just arrived home with her brother, seo johnny. he is currently working as a tutor to provides need to his one and only sister. when i mean one and only, yes one and only family. they lost both of their parents when johnny was 15 and poor aera was 13. that's why he is protective towards aera.
"explain what? you clearly seen that me and doyoung have nothing besides friends"
"no, not that aera. why are you hanging out with him? did i mention a guy?! aera ar–"
"first, yes he is a guy based on his name and second we just bumped at the restaurant that you and me like so much. starting from that, we ate each othe–"
"EATING EACH OTHER?! AER–"
"WITH! I FORGOT THE WITH! BRO CALM DOWN I'M NOT A KID STOP"
what a happy family indeed.
while on doyoung's side,
"who asked you to pick me up?"
doyoung asked coldly.
"mom, she wanted to have dinner with you and the family. you never came to the house after the incident"
"what do you expect? dad doesn't wants to see me anymore after that, remember?"
"dad isn't home right now. he is out of country"

doyoung actually lived the best life people ever wanted. rich, big mansion, handsome face, a cute brother,well-known parents and many more to be listed. just, his father is the problem. his life is like a prince or perhaps a king, but he doesn't want that kind of life. when he was 15, he asked and even begged his parents to stay away from them to make himself more independent. he doesn't want to burden them. no one ever knows about this, including taeyong himself.
they arrived safely in front of the kim's mansion. some maids open the door for the both to enter. they were greeted by mrs kim, who is doyoung's mother.
"doyoung my baby! i missed you so much!"
her hugs aren't kidding, it's suffocating doyoung but he just shuts it up.
"i missed you too mom, more actually" he showed his famous gummy smile.
even the situation with his father isn't that good, he still love them both equally. and i do have to say, doyoung is a mom's son. that's why he loves her do much.
after a decade of exchanging the 'i miss you', they were assisted to the dining room by the waiters. the table was full with a lot of foods– most of it being doyoung 's favorite. they sat together and ate happily.
the next day had come, aera was running late to school and her brother is quite busy to send her so she had no choice but to run to school. if only johnny didn't asked many questions last night about her and doyoung, she would've slept early.
"fuck you johnny if only you didn't asked questions!" aera continued running while cursing at her brother.
"need a ride?"
aera was shocked upon hearing someone beside her all of sudden. what she is most shocked is the the one who asked is the lee taeyong.
she scratched her head that's not itchy at all and think–should i go with him? nah, but i'm late.
aera hesitantly shook her head a yes and go towards the backseat of taeyong's car. i gotta mention, it's speaky clean.
"ready?" the model asked.
the girl just nodded and the car drive away smoothly.
"oh my god, did you see that?"
"since when?"
"isn't he the type that don't talk to girls?"
"i envy them"
"i love lee haechan"
rumours spread like water falling from the sky. it's fast.
when both aera and taeyong arrived at school, the students and including the teachers was shocked upon seeing that aera got out with some luxurious car, and it's the model's car. they even entered the school together making some of taeyong's admirers cried a river.
it's now lunch time, taeyong and doyoung are sitting after taking the meals.
doyoung can't help but curious–is his friend ill or what? he never ever talk to a girl unless it's important, car pool someone or even worse,–walk with them to school. and now taeyong is smiling and that's a rare thing that the model would do.
"shithead, are you okay?" calling his friend stupid names had been something regular for these two.
"no.. i just.." the model can't make up a sentence and just stare at something or should i say someone?
"hey herbal tea, what the fuck is wrong with you?" doyoung said, annoyed with the fact that taeyong didn't focused at his question.
"i- i think, i'm in love, doyoung"
