chapter 4 :- you are very far away

You are  tired from so many days lets go on a vacation, said Taehyung supporting her head on Ira's lap.
She was running her hands in Taehyung's locks which seems to grown out a bit.
Why don’t you grow your hairs they are so soft and shiny. Asked Ira
Its not about my hair Ira what about the vacation.

"I want the strawberry one".
Asked Haein when they reached the hospital and Ira made him sit on the couch of her room.
" Oh sure Haein, here take this one.
So do you like strawberry?"
"Yes I like it very much and the jam also". Haein was eating donut messily which made him look so cute with all the jam on his cheeks
Ira was admiring the small boy and waiting for him to finish eating so that she could give him medicine.

"Ok now you have finished the dinner with sweets only you have to drink the medicine".
"Give me the orange flavored one" demanded Haein.
"But Haein we don't have the orange flavor donut sorry next time I will buy you one".
"No the medicine I want orange flavor one". He sheepishly smiled and asked for it.
"We don't have flavors in medicine Haein you have to drink what I am giving you" Ira sternly said which made Haein to scrunch his nose and make a disgusting face.
After several fits and crying for his father Ira has made Haein sleep and she was cradling him in ber arms singing a song which she used to sing a lot.
She made him lie on the couch and secured him with pillow and blanket.

It was now 4 in the morning and she was lying on the small bed in Taehyung's room when she felt something stir she immediately got up and saw Taehyung taking out the Iv and transfusion from his fractured hand.

"What are you doing?" She asked politely.
"Where is Haein?" Taehyung was in panic and was shivering from cold weather outside.
Looks like we will see snowfall today.

"Haein is fine and is sleeping in my room you don't need to take out these ivs from hand sit here I will check on him. You have gone through a  major surgery 8 hours ago I don't know how you are standing in this condition."

She immediately ran towards her room and saw Haein sleeping peacefully, unaware of the tricks of universe which was going on in his parents life.
She carried the child in her arms and began moving towards the reception.
"Hello Dr.Hower Taehyung has gain consciousness I am going to check on him you can come to his room for further treatment."

With that she began moving to Taehyung's room and saw him sitting on the edge of the bed clutching his stomach.
When she open the door Taehyung immediately ran towards them which made the iv bottles to fall making a sonorous sound.
This sound made Haein to wake up and Taehyung took him in his embrace immediately.
"Thank you Ira thank you soo much for taking care of him".
She just sadly smile to him and see them interacting which made her heart warm with comfort.
"Appa the car has holes in it and the glass has cut my cheek see".
"I am sorry Haein I am so sorry ". Taehyung was crying ugly right now
"Appa I want orange medicine you said I can ask for anything".
"Sure handsome boy but you need to be fit and healthy before this see you got soo much hurt due to appa".
Ira was witnessing this pure moment between them, Taehyung begged her to be part of this moment at some time but her own fears never let her make this decision  come true.
"Ira bought donuts appa do you want some?" Taehyung was opening his mouth to answer but the door crooked.
"Mr.Kim how are you feeling now?" Inquired Dr.Hower entering the room.

"I m fine doctor just stomach and head ache"
"Please don't carry anything when you have cast on your left hand and a right leg, Also you have gone through a major surgery for which we have to keep you on analgesics and you will constantly feel dizzy and tired. Please don't put any pressure on your head it will lead to severe damage which will be out of our hand otherwise. Your spleen has been damaged badly. We expect you to be on bed rest for months until you heal completely. Dr.Ira is there at your service and any complexity notice in your vitals she will inform me till then have a rest mr.Kim you are gonna have a much free time nowdays.
Carry the child Ira we can't risk anything."
Ira took Haein in her arms after a small protest and doctor Hower took his leave.
