The Gem Crystal Pt. 2

Ghost Fox- Fuzzy
Nightcrawler- Shadow
Panther leader- Adira
Female Shork- Rose

Male Scientist- Josh Ceniza

Josh's POV:

What we saw horrified us all. A bunch of bodies that had crystals growing out of them. I was about to throw up from what I saw. I noticed that the female shork tried to touch the crystals.

"STOP!" I yelled

"Wh-what?!" she asked

"We don't know if it's safe to touch it..." I answered

She backed away from the crystals as well all tried to avoid them to get a move on. As we enter a room, it was my research area. Fuzzy saw a box that had fur poking out. He was too scared to check it so he called me. As I was moving the box ready to attack what's behind it and I saw Dr. Yu! She turned into a half kawaii shark a week ago which I forgot about. She looked scared on what is happening. I helped her up and hugged her.

"Omg! I thought you were infected!" I exclaimed

"Oh uh well the good side is im not." she said

"You can stop hugging now!" she said

She was not interested to have a relationship because she does not want to have children or to have a lover for now because she got friends, real bffs that don't betray her without consent. As we continued to go to the safe area we noticed that the slime pups were not infected. I think the infected were not able to catch them because they are small and fast.

"Were here..." I said

"Abble are you there?" Dr. Yu said

We saw Abble opening her store but she was not the Abble we knew, she was Abble that was new... We all stared at her horrified that she got infected as well. Dr. Yu grabbed a nearby chair and threw it at Abble making her fell down and making Dr. Yu have time to close the shop before Abble can attack any of us.

Dr. Yu's POV:

As I close Abble's shop I dropped down on the floor breathing heavily. I told everyone to look for weapons that they can handle using while keeping an eye out for infected. Most of them stayed with their current weapon but the Ghost Fox switched to a knife and the Panther traded the katana with a scythe from Dr. Ceniza. We all got prepared and the shork heard loud sounds and so did I.

"Sounds like the infected are coming from both sides of the barriers!" I said

"Get ready people!" The Nightcrawler said

As the noise gets louder and louder we all got prepared, holding our weapons for dear life. As soon as the infected turned to the corner we all quickly jumped into action. The plan was just to hurt them not kill them so that they would hopefully retreat.
