By the time morning rolled around, you heard noises, and also felt prodding at your cheek.
Fou: Fou fou!!
You slowly opened your eyes, and noticed Fou was lightly tapping you. When he saw that you were awake, he jumped off and stared up at you.
(Y/N): Fou... Oh... Right... Yesterday...
You sat up and observed your surroundings. That pain in your chest was gone, and you found it easier to breathe, although you had no idea what you dreamt about, you didn't feel like it was anything bad.
Fou: Fou!
(Y/N):... I'm alright... Thanks...
You still wasn't sure how you understood this creature, but you still not like wondering about it was gonna do anything.
You got out of bed and stretched before gazing at the mark on your left hand. Ishtar called them command spells. But she didn't quite explain what they were for, perhaps she forgot since this is something a regular Master would already know.
After that, you followed Fou out of the room, only to be surprised when you saw Ishtar at the other side of the door.
(Y/N): Eh?! I-Ishtar?
Ishtar: Good morning, Master. Did you sleep well?
You felt a little warm around your cheeks and had trouble maintaining eye-contact with the Goddess.
(Y/N): Yeah... So... Uh... Thanks... For... You know, staying there...
Ishtar: Hmm? You're blushing, I never thought I'd see the day. So even you can be adorable at times~
You deadpanned at her after she started giggling at you.
(Y/N): Tch... Oh shutup...
Fou: Fou!!
Fou jumped up onto your shoulders and lightly tapped you on the cheek. It seemed like this was his thing.
(Y/N): Okay okay, I've got it, breakfast, I'm on it. Just give me some time to get myself ready.
You sighed and then smiled while walking.
(Y/N): Ishtar, I'll be downstairs making breakfast, I'll call you when it's ready.
Ishtar: Hai~
She had smiled and watched you go down the stairs, but once you were out of sight, her smile vanished.
Ishtar: *Considering his trauma, I don't think now is the best time to notify him that he was being followed yesterday. That would just set off a panic attack. I'll have to do some more investigating myself before drawing any conclusions.*

After meal time, Ishtar went upstairs for a few minutes and told you to wait for her.
