Legacy Entertainment had been sitting at the top of the music charts for the past two years. Its three star artists; one female singer and two male rappers, had each gone multi-platinum worldwide now in an age where multi-platinum albums were becoming a thing of the past. Their faces were gracing the covers of music magazine after music magazine on a regular basis. They had each been nominated for Grammys and several other music awards. And their shows were selling out while their songs were receiving endless airplay on the radio and in clubs all over the country.

Music wasn't all that Legacy entertainment was into and making money off of. The company had a clothing line which at last count had pulled in close to two hundred million dollars after only its first year in business. It also had a sneaker line which was doing huge numbers and the company was getting prepared to also throw its hat into the movie making arena.

Legacy's intake of multimillion dollar profits wasn't stopping at only company endeavors and investments. Its 360 Deal contracts, which were now the norm in the music industry, gave it the privilege of digging into its artists' pockets also for more than just record sales. The deal entitled Legacy Entertainment to receive huge profits from almost everything their artists touched or were involved in: shows, endorsements, sneaker deals, merchandising, ring tones, etc, etc. Basically, whenever a Legacy entertainment artist made a dollar, Legacy Entertainment made at least two.

With such a young life span, Legacy Entertainment was now the talk of the entire industry and was being expected to go even further. The owner and CEO of the company was Gavin Scott, a black music producer who'd been given the title "Super Producer". He'd made hit records for countless artists, mainly super stars. His magic touch had also turned rookie artists into overnight superstars. His track record was extensively successful and artists from Hip and R&B to Country and Pop wanted to work with him because nearly everything he seemed to touch turned to either gold or platinum.

Legacy Entertainment sat on the ninth floor of a downtown Atlanta office building. From its windows you could see all of downtown and the landscape of even areas of the city further out.

As the spring sun shined down from the sky, the platinum colored Bentley Flying Spur pulled out of the busy afternoon traffic to the curb in front of the towering building Legacy Entertainment was located in. It was followed by a platinum colored Mercedes Benz G-Class SUV. Both vehicles were freshly detailed. Their paint shined beautifully underneath the sun. Moments later, their doors open and several men emerged.

Josiah Craven was dressed in a tailored black 3-piece Prada suit as he slid out of the leather of The Bentley's backseat. Its legs and sleeves were creased razor sharp. On his feet was a pair of black Prada dress shoes freshly polished.

Josiah Craven was a thirty two year old handsome man who stood 5'11 with a chiseled swimmer's build. His hair was trimmed into a low cut Ceaser. His eyes were dark brown. His beard was trimmed just as low as his Ceaser and connected with a neatly trimmed mustache.

Surrounded by his associates, each in suits, Josiah headed across the sidewalk to the building's glass doors and walked inside. Moments later, he and his associates were on an elevator and rising to the ninth floor. When the doors opened, they each stepped off and walked into the expensively furnished Legacy Entertainment lobby. Behind the lobby's desk sat a young black female receptionist. Ignoring her, Josiah and his people walked directly passed the desk as if it wasn't there.
