This book is officially over (ish)! I wanted to thank everyone who read this book! It is one of my favorite fanfics I've written in a while, and I am so proud of the story and my main character, Laurel Love. I hope you all glean something from this story as I have, and I hope you enjoyed it!
Now, onto the fun parts lol. As you can see from the title of this part, I'm going behind the scenes of the story to tell you all how it came about! I'll make a numbered list since I don't want to have huge paragraphs lol
1. I had the idea for the Anti-Love Doctor before even watching the show all the way through. It was a few summers ago that I watched some episodes of Henry Danger since I was babysitting two kids, and I knew that I wanted a story for Henry Hart. That's where the Anti-Love Doctor and her "follow your heart" quote came in!
2. I just finished watching Henry Danger for the first time a year ago, so the rest of the ideas for this story came about very abruptly lol. It's hard for me to stay focused on one story and finish it, and it was a miracle that I actually did end up finishing this story lol.
3. Gwen wasn't going to be the villain of this story. I was going to come up with a whole new villain named the Anti-Love Doctor, but then I saw the episode Love Muffin with Gwen and knew that she should be behind the break-ups in Swellview.
4. My sister came up with Laurel's name. My sister wanted a scene to happen where Henry and the MC went on a date and Henry had a knife / his laser so they could carve their initials in a tree (which still might happen when I edit it or in the bonus scenes!), so Laurel's initials are LOL, which stands for Laurel Olivia Love. I just came up with her middle name lol, so that's fun lol
5. I knew Laurel was always going to end up with Henry, no matter what happened to them. I just didn't know that they would break up until I started writing it lol
If I have any more behind-the-scenes things, I'll add them here, but now, onto her sisters! They were a big part of her life, more so than Erika and Gil, because they were her guiding force. I chose two face claims for them since they were so important, and here they are! Here is a face claim for Erika as well since she was Laurel's best friend from the start.
