Exhausted yet furious, Yeonjun let the heavy door slam behind him. He felt an enormous pressure on his chest, followed by a grumbling in his stomach. He grabbed his stomach, stumbling ahead through the large warehouse. He ignored the blue light shining in the small room and dragged ahead to the folding chairs that still stood in a circle. He pulled one of the chairs to the floor as he dropped onto the one next to it with a whimpering sigh.

It was almost as if his legs didn't want to carry him another meter.

He took a deep breath, craned his neck, and felt the burning behind his eyes. The tears fought against him and even though he managed to fight them for several minutes, eventually they found their space and rolled down his injured cheeks.

Everything hurt.

But most of all his heart.

And actually Yeonjun should have been alone in this situation.

But he wasn't.

Somehow it had become an inappropriate habit for Dodger to pay attention to Yeonjun. Especially since it was impossible not to hear the noise the blue-haired man was making. Cautiously, he approached the upset boy and cleared his throat. "Lapis?" whispered Dodger into the darkness, for the factory barely gave off any light except for the running monitors in the next room.

The boy's figure trembled in the darkness, his breathing quivered as well, and he gave only a soft clearing of his throat, uncomfortable with anyone seeing him like this.

He thought there was no one in the hall, as everyone was going about their usual lives, even after all the experiences. He had thought no one would hang around this place anymore.

But today it was his refuge.

"Not here," he grumbled softly, running his sleeve over his face to wipe away the tears.

"Ehm," Dodger brought out, interlacing his fingers. He didn't want to get in Yeonjun's face if Yeonjun didn't want him to, and he couldn't see Yeonjun's face either, but he heard the desperation in Yeonjun's voice. So he said the first best thing Dodger could think of, "You don't have to be alone."

Now Yeonjun looked at him and even though it was dark, you could see his glassy red eyes. The circles under his eyes were also clearly visible and he ran an upset hand through his blue hair. A soft snort escaped him as he shook his head. "Don't we all?"

"Maybe," Dodger agreed, venturing a step toward Yeonjun, "but in some situations we don't have to. And ... I ..."

He was silent for a brief moment.

"I don't know if I can leave you alone right now."

A sniffle filled the room and Yeonjun lowered his head again, staring at his boots. Those words sounded caring and loving, almost as if he really wanted to help him. So he sighed and grabbed the chair he had knocked over earlier to set it back up. "Sit down."
