Our Writing Process

Dear readers,

We are delighted by your interest in our stories and your comments. Since we often receive questions about where the updates are or when the next book will be released, we want to give you an insight into our writing process.

## 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐖𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡

1. 𝐼𝑑𝑒𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑃𝑙𝑎𝑛𝑛𝑖𝑛𝑔

We have already finished writing 6 books for this year. We have over 86 books, not even counting the stories related to TXT or other bands. Before we start writing, Han and I sit down and brainstorm. Here is an example of our current project "Apple Secrets":

Cᴜʀʀᴇɴᴛ Sᴛᴀᴛᴜs ᴏꜰ "Aᴘᴘʟᴇ Sᴇᴄʀᴇᴛs"

❥ 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟐𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒: We decided to start with this book.

❥ 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐃𝐨𝐜: In the first step, we create a character document where we jot down keywords and small plans for the main and supporting characters. This document took us one day to complete.

### 𝟐. 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞

After establishing the basic ideas and characters, we create a detailed outline for the book. This includes:

❥ 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐥𝐨𝐭 𝐏𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐬: Sometimes a rough overview of the planned chapters and their contents, as well as important turning points and developments in the story. Initially, we focus on the potential ending or the direction we are working towards; sometimes the finer details come together as we write. During the planning phase, we usually decide who will take on which character, the basic backstory, and the unique traits of each character. This also includes family, friends, and their likes and dislikes.
