disappearing² + rebrand

so, as much as i'd like to say i disappeared (again) for a good reason... i can't! because really there was no reason for me to dip. in fact, i don't even have a good story to tell after i've been gone for a month and some. 

i'm sure it's not as big of a deal as i'm making it out to be, as only a few people actually read this story consistently, but as this is both a step-by-step record of my shifting journey for others to read, it's also something i use to track my shifting progress, i think it's important to fill in the gaps. i guess. i don't really know. 

basically, i had no motivation! that's really it. i barely had enough motivation to get out of bed, let alone shift. i also don't do well in heat, so for a lot of the summer, i was just miserable. i wasn't even considerably busy!! in fact, i barely did anything this summer.

(i did write an update mid-august but that didn't go anywhere)

i guess there wasn't really anything pushing me to shift. i was okay in my cr, so there was no urgency to do anything. besides, i was sleeping at sunrise and waking up at 1, so my body was a bit fucked and getting good sleep was my main priority. 

HOWEVER, now that school is starting, i am no longer allowed to sleep like that, for uh, obvious reasons. 

the main reason i actually wanted to update this thing was because shifting to the mcu isn't really my top interest anymore. i still like the mcu, sure, but i don't have a script and because of how complicated it is, it's something i'm putting off for a bit. 

my current interest, and what's brought my shifting motivation back, is actually top gun: maverick!! it's simple (two movies, but my main focus is the second movie, so the first isn't in focus), and it's fun, and it has phoenix who is the loml. yay!! 

so the book is now more of a general shifting experience, rather than a mcu targeted one. i guess it doesn't really matter because it was always sort of a gen shifting focused book, but now the title and stuff matches the contents!! 

uhh, as i promised like three thousand years ago, i will upload my script (top gun, not mcu because again, it's nowhere near finished). i haven't even started but it can't be that hard, pfft... hahaha. i'm not jinxing it. 

i'm gonna probably work on my script right now (despite it being 12, old habits die hard) and do all the rebranding stuff, then i'll try to shift for the first time in forever. 

it's good to be back!! (if yall haven't forgotten about me yet lmao)
