Going home and being greeted with an empty, cold and dark house was definitely Mingao's least favourite thing. It was currently 10 pm (yes the group had stayed at the café this long, they enjoyed each others presence too much) and Youngjae was gonna arrive way later as he told Mingao. 

But Minghao wasn't sad. Quite the opposite, he was the happiest any of his friends had ever seen him since his relationship with Youngjae and it was all thanks to a male he met tonight. He couldn't stop thinking about the hug they both shared. Jun smelled nice. Really nice. And his arms were so big, they made Minghao feel extremely protected and safe. And the boy himself was so cute and handsome. He had the time of his life conversing with him.

Changing into his pyjamas after not bothering to eat dinner, he layed in his bed and covered his body with the warm duvet. He opened his phone to see a few messages from Jun, unconsciously smiling.

Minghao's cheeks were now painted a strong red and he was thanking God that Youngjae wasn't home.

Who would have thought that online convos were as fun as real life ones? Certainly not Minghao. He didn't even look at the time but he stopped chatting with Jun when he heard the front door unlock, signalling that Youngjae was finally home. He glanced at his phone to see that it was 1 am. Had he been staying up talking with Jun for 3 hours? And why was Youngjae coming home so late? His work finished at 11 most of the time so why would he come 2 hours late?

"You're still awake?" Youngjae said when he saw Minghao still awake in their shared bed.

"Uh yeah, I couldn't sleep for some reason." Said Minghao not knowing how to explain that he was up this late talking with a boy he met just today.

Minghao felt so bad. He felt like the most disgusting person to walk earth. He spend all of his time today talking to Jun when he has a boyfriend. He felt like he was cheating on Youngjae which made him feel even more guilty.

"By the way" said Youngjae "I'm taking tomorrow off."

"Really?" Minghao's eyes lit up. This could be a chance for them to strengthen their relationship.

"I'll also take tomorrow off then."

"We can spend some time together. I'm really sorry that my work has been getting in the way of our relationship."
