Chapter 3 - The Trial

Katsukis POV

He sat next to his father and the person representing him in court as the court case started shaken up he almost didn't hear Izuku's name he looked seeing they called his childhood friend to the stand he watched as Izuku got up and walked to the stand sitting down as they started to question his childhood friend the opposing side started to speak to Izuku " Izuku is it true the Bakugo has bullied you? " Izuku raised his eyebrow but answered truthfully " Yes Sir " the guy then nodded and asked another question " Did Bakugo often lie of any sort?" Izuku was starting to get annoyed " yes but not often that I know of " the dude nodded and asked his next question " Do you believe since Bakugo has lied before that he's lying about being raped by my client ?" Bakugos representative spoke up " Hearsay your honor no valuable evidence of his claim! " The judge nodded and looked at Mr. Marsh Nagai's attorney " Change the question " the judge spoke Marsh nodded and reworded it " Do you believe Bakugo is lying about being raped?" Izuku spoke absolutely upset " Absolutely not " Marsh nodded and looked at him " that's all the questions I have your honor I call Bakugo to the stand " Katsuki gulped but stood up his hands shaking as he walked up to the stand looking scared Marsh walked up to him.

Marsh looked at him and spoke, " Katsuki what were you doing on the roof of the school when you were supposed to be in class ?" Katsuki took a breath and looked at him " I went to get a breather as I was feeling anxious " Mr. Marsh nodded and spoke again " When you were getting your breather and Nagsai approached you and asked you about sexual favors what did you say " Katsuki felt his hands shake as he teared up and spoke voice cracking at the end " I was shocked and disgusted I told him no and to leave me the fuck alone " Mr. Marsh spoke next " Or was it because he was gay and you are homophobic ?" The judge looked at Mr. Marsh " That's hearsay move on you don't have to answer that Mr. Bakugo " Katsuki looked shocked at the question " It wasn't because of that its because I didn't like him and liked someone else " he blushed shyly Mr. Marsh spoke again " Is it true you bullied Izuku Midoriya and told my client and his friend that if they didn't you would hurt them?" Katsuki frowned and looked at him " Yes I did bully Izuku and No I never threatened to hurt them if they didn't " Mr. Marsh then asked the question everyone was on their seats about " What happened on the rooftop ?" Katsuki felt tears run down his face as he spoke " I was on the roof taking a breather when Nagsai approached me and demanded I do sexual favors for him I rejected him and went to leave when he used his quirk on me shoving me to the ground he kept calling me a slut and that he couldn't wait to fill my ass and not to tell anyone what happened because no one would believe me that everyone hated me he ripped clothes off me a-and he shoved his penis inside me without any prep I was screaming and crying trying to get away but he was holding my hands down so I couldn't use my quirk a hand over my mouth when he was done he cummed inside me and spit on my face then left me there as I passed out from the fear and blood loss " he spoke his voice shaking as tears streamed down his face.

Izukus POV 

He felt disgusted hearing what Nagsai did to Katsuki his hands shaking in rage he looked at Katsuki with a worried look on his face they then played the security footage it didn't show much cause it was at an angle but you could hear Bakugo's screams of pain and begging for him to stop Izuku couldn't stay for the rest and left tears running down his face hands shaking he wanted to rip Nagsai to shreds he hugged his mom who had come out there with him rubbing his back " Shh all you can do is be there for him Izu  " Inko spoke softly she was angry and appalled by what happened to Katsuki he hugged her tightly in tears he swore from that day he would protect Katsuki.

Katsukis POV

He could feel himself shaking as they called for the jury to deliberate after Mr. Marsh and his attorney finished the questioning it was recess he got up and rushed out of there not looking where he was going he tackled the two Midoriyas tears running down his face looking up he met there gaze and looked at Izuku Inko moved out of the way and smiled softly Katsuki hugged Izuku crying " I'm sorry I'm so so so so fucking sorry I should have never bullied you I understand if you hate me and don't accept the apology " he rambled Izuku smiled at hugged him kissing Bakugos forehead hugging him back " apology accepted Kacchan shh its okay no one will ever hurt you, okay okay I'm here " for a minute the boys just hugged each other Katsukis face tinted a soft pink when Izuku kissed his forehead.

- After that wholesome apology and back to court -

Katsuki sat back down as the jury came back handing the papers to the judge " In the case of Bakugo vs Nagsai on the first count of sexual assault the jury has found Nagsai Teskai guilty on the second count of rape the jury has found Nagsai Teskai guilty you will serve a number of 5 years in In juvenile jail then at 18 you will have 5 years in adult prison a total count of 10 years with no possibility of parole court is adjourned " he hit the gavel as the police came and cuffed up the bitch oop I mean Nagsai up taking him away Katsuki looked at his father happy tears rolling down his face hugging him close then he got up rushing to Izuku hugging him tightly.

Izukus POV

He smiled hugging the blonde close playing with his hair rubbing his back " it's okay Kacchan ill always be by your side let's get out of here wanna come  stay the night with me ?" the blonde looked up at his childhood friend and smiled nodding " Yes Zuzu don't wanna be at my house " he mumbled snuggling into his chest Izuku didn't question it looking at Masura " Ill be taking him to my house for the night is that okay uncle?" Masura smiled nodding " Of course just call if he needs anything " Izuku nodded and picked Katsuki up carrying him to his mom's car Inko got in the car making sure the boys and herself were buckled up before driving home parking in the driveway she smiled " Go up to your room ill call when dinners ready," she said sweetly.

Katsuki and Izuku sat on the bed having called down they played a video game Izuku winning making the blonde pout and smirk mischievously and kissed Izukus forehead catching Izuku off guard Katsuki took that chance and killed him letting out a victory yell " Yes I did it!" Izuku pouted looking at the tv realizing he was tricked and lost " HEY NOT FAIR! YOU DISTRACTED ME !" Katsuki laughed a smile on his face " All fair in my book!" he said about to speak before he was tackled down into the bed he let out a squeak and then fits of giggles as Izuku started tickling him " EEK OH GOD HAHAHAHHA HEHEH PLEASE MERCY MERCY!!" Izuku laughed and smiled as he tickled the blonde soon he stopped and they were called for dinner it was katsudon night Izuku lit up like a Christmas tree as he saw his favorite food Katsuki looked at him a smile on his face a pink blush on his cheeks ' cute ' he thought to himself before flushing red and looked away he started eating smiling he soon finished looking at his aunty he smiled " Thank you, Aunty, it was delicious " Inko smiled nodding " Thank you dear you two best go to bed it's getting late"

Izuku grabbed Katsukis arm and dragged him to his room "Hehe' ll take the floor Kacchan " he went to take the pile on the floor then felt a hand grab his own " No this is your bed I can't let you take the floor!" the blonde squeaked out Izuku laughed and hummed " Well neither are you we can just share the bed " Katsukis cheeks flushed he nodded and got in the bed Izuku joining him the glow in the dark stars all over Izukus wall making him smile Katsuki hugged Izuku burying his head in his chest yawning he slowly fell asleep Izuku looked at the sleeping blonde and played with his hair he kissed his forehead mumbling " Cutie "he then yawned hugging Katsuki close he fell asleep.
