Phildude is a very poggers prison guard. I feel like he wouldn't know about what's happening to his prisoner...? Maybe? When Quackitdream killed fundyinnit, Phildude decided he can't go in there and hired George to take care of Quackity problems. Phildude speaksin animal crossing language when stressed. Excellent builder. Absolutely is in love with mumza and I don't care what lore says, he simply couldn't kill her. Unless Quackity was using dream powers to control him. Sure,he's a big scary prison guard and stuff but all he wants to do is go home, build a massive base, and tend to his pets. But someone has to sacrifice time and sanity and he volunteered.
