Time traveling technoblade has his time traveling relatively put together. Memory loss? He writes down every little detail under his base on signs and eats all of his Neal's down there to keep it all in check. If he forgets stuff, then he asks his friends and neighbors. Absolutely wouldn't mess that part up. He also reads a lot and fits better into past travels off of just knowledge. He handles that pretty well too. And he can tell when someone is evil and can act accordingly. 10/10 recommend these time traveling techniques.
